RSK were an absolute dream to buy our flat through, having dealt with a fair few other agents we were very grateful and surprised by how well we were looked after throughout the process having heard horror stories of other agents. Specifically, we would like to express our gratitude to Bianca who showed us the flat and answered all queries throughout and went out her way to ensure we were comforted as nervous first time buyers, and Sara who handled the purchase and chased both solicitors throughout the purchase to speed things up. We would certainly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. And will definitely use them ourselves with confidence in the future if we are ever considering selling. They acted with integrity throughout and in the sellers best interest without compromising their care for us, which is something other agents struggle with. Really happy with the service! RSK found just the type of property myself and my friends were looking to rent. We didn't have to worry about setting up anything- council tax, water, gas and electric were all set up for us. Our property manager Kim has always been there to help us with any questions or problems. Anything that needed checking out, Kim had organised asap and it would be done without any hassle. Kim Mellor was the Property Manager for our home in West London for a year and a half. She visited us on several occasions and was an absolute delight to work with. Initially was OK to help me find a place. Since ending my contract they are trying to apply additional charges and take them from my deposit, despite this not being stated in the contract, or included in an invoice that was sent to me (which I did agree to pay). This additional "Landlord administration fee" (which the landlord has said he was not even aware of) was sent to me from the people managing the deposit, who sent me an email stating the deductions from my deposit as if I had agreed them with RSK... I have not! I have a contract, an invoice and a clear email trail on my side and RSK are still delaying my deposit... very disappointing, and shameful to think that some tenants are desperate for their deposit and probably have their arm twisted into agreeing these fictitious fee's just to get some money back for moving and new deposits.

Having a slightly challenging property at the time of sale was quite worrying but as soon as we spoke to Krishan and his team we were very reassured as their approach was very positive and always with a can-do attitude. Keeley, Chris and the team in general worked very hard to get a constant flow of views, with permanent updates and never giving up.
