GoogleZak was a joy to deal with, his good energy was much appreciated in helping you look for a home. Zak was helpful, attentive and always in communication. He is knowledgeable on the area, so get in touch with him if you are looking for your place in Hanwell.

GoogleI was very nervous about selling my property and moving for the first time in a long time but once I met Jonathan in the Hanwell branch a sense of relief followed as I knew I was in very capable hands. I was one of those people that questioned whether the high street agent was needed anymore but having dealt with RSK Hanwell I can safely say there's not one competitor who would have handled this and achieved the results RSK achieved. Outstanding customer service , a huge team and network of buyers that expands across 4 local areas. I had viewings before it was even on the internet portals such was there extensive database and knowledge of what there buyers required for there purchase. A special mention to Sara , she is there sales progression manager who is invaluable - she is another point of contact to aid you in getting from being under offer to exchanged in the shortest possible time and keeping communication open , she removed alot of stress that I have heard other sellers associate with the conveyancing process. 5 starts does not do this team justice but it's the most I'm aloud give them. Exceptional work and I would highly recommend to anyone in Hanwell or indeed there other 3 branches. It's no doubt there a reknoned name for over 25 years. GoogleJonathan and his team went above and beyond in finding us numerous buyers for our house during what was proving to be a particular tricky time what with Brexit uncertainty affecting the market right at the point we wanted to sell. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. Friendly. Polite. Kept us up-to-date throughout and worked hard to bring buyers through the door.

GoogleHaving spoken with numerous agents in Hanwell ( all the usual ) - I met with the team at RSK and I can honestly say they was a huge gulf in class , there optimisin and hard work above and beyond any agent was evident and thus resulting in them delivering a better service than any other agent could offer. If your serious about selling your property for the best possible price with a team full of honestly , integrity and knowing they are working for you - Jonathan and his team at RSK are the only choice.

GoogleI had my house on the market with Purple Bricks for about 7 months and I thought the response was fairly good, we had a good amount of viewings but no substantial interest, I received a call from Zak who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the market. He explained that RSK book the majority of their viewings from calling their buyers and very few come from online enquires. To my surprise he also said that I was under selling my house and that he believes I can achieve a higher price. I decided to give them a shot and launched my property yet again, however for £50,000 more than before with Purple Bricks. Within 3 weeks Amar, another absolute legend got me an offer far above my previous asking price and we have just exchanged! I could not thank them enough and I would reccomend to everyone in Hanwell looking to sell.

They were always proactive in organising viewings, friendly, courteous, and conducted themselves in a highly professional way. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleExcellent, professional, friendly and hard working estate agent. The manager was straight with me from the start, communicated well throughout, worked around my tricky tenant and Sara kept the sale on track despite bumps and wobbles on the way to exchange. No hesitation in recommending - actually didn't mind paying the fee at the end of the whole process :)

GoogleHaving had my house on the market for 3 months with another local agent in Hanwell, who only conducted 9 viewings in total. I decided to call RSK as I was posted a leaflet with details of a house they had recently sold on my street. During the valuation Jonathan explained that this is a very low number of viewings and that they can produce better results.....of course I didn’t believe him as my current agent had told me the same thing. However within two weeks of instructing RSK, I had 24 viewings and the sales consultant Zak managed to acquire 2 asking price offers! I was thrilled with the response and would without a doubt recommend RSK to anyone selling their property.

GoogleI would like to thank Jonathan for all his perseverance and hard work over the past 6 months. I dealt with 3 estate agents (don't want to shame them) but only RSK seemed to understand my brief and gave me the exact locations I requested. I've found a lot of estate agents cold call and throw anything your way. RSK really took their time and sent only the flats that matched my criteria. I would use them again to sell and hopefully buy next time. They come highly recommended by me :)

GoogleWe have recently sold our property with RSK Hanwell, and I would like to say it got off to a rocky start, with some miscommunication, however I would urge you to keep reading to see why I gave 5 stars. There was a change in management in approx November/December 2018 and when Jonathan took over the office our experience was turned around dramatically. We had a buyer that pulled out at a very late stage at no fault of RSK but hey it happens, we had already found a new property that we had put an offer on and as you can imagine we were a bit worried to say the least, but the guys were not flustered they were quick to get it back on the market and people through the door. I can honestly say that Jonathan as well as Josh and Zak were amazing and we had a huge amount of viewing even when they got us an offer that was below asking and we were considering accepting it they did not let up and kept the viewings coming. They worked round our awkward schedule and also our pets with no issue, they worked hard to get us the best offer and then when we had accepted they kept the chain working to ensure that everyone was ready to exchange as quickly as possible. I would also like to also say thank you to Sara who was in the office also chasing even when we felt that we were not getting anywhere. Under their current management and team I would not hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to sell or buy through them.

GoogleI was most impressed with all the staff I came into contact with at the Hanwell branch and in particular Zain and Jonathan. They gave a valuation far in excess of what I or other local Estate Agents thought achievable and hit the ground running within hours of their valuation and actually achieved an offer in excess of the asking price within a matter of days. In the following weeks they were always available to advise and guide me through the entire process and helped in reaching Exchange within the predicted time frame. I would not hesitate to use their services again or to recommend them to others. If you want a professional,courteous and pro-active team to sell your property and achieve the best possible price then these are the guys to call!

GoogleDespite many people telling us how difficult the market for selling was, and how we might have to wait a few months to get a buyer for our property, Jonathan, Zac and all their colleagues at RSK put enormous energy into our sale. Our first viewing was after just two days (and they turned out to be our eventual buyers). In all we had around 12 viewings in the space of 10 days, and we accepted an offer just two weeks after our property first went on the market. We were surprised at how easy it all went and extremely impressed by RSK's handling of our sale, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

He has carefully listened to our needs, provided excellent suggestions for properties to look at, has been diligent in his follow up (but not pushy), shown patience with our sometimes slow response and really worked hard to find something that matches not just our requirements, but goes above expectations. It has been an absolute pleasure starting this journey with him and his enthusiasm and energy are boundless. A true professional who really cares about serving his clients, there are A LOT of estate agents out there who need to take a leaf out of Zak's book. An asset to his company and the industry.

GoogleI recently sold my property with RSK Hanwell and the minute I met Jonathan at the valuation I knew i was in safe hands. The team ( Zak , Josh / James ) kept me informed and updated during every step of the way and their approach to selling my house for as much as possible rather than aiming for a quick sale was evident, as I received 3 offers within 2 weeks and 2 above asking price (which was already quite ambitious!) I would highly recommend to anyone considering selling their house. One thing I noticed which was very impressive was the hours they worked till a minimum of 7pm every evening and a full day Saturday which is not common hence their local domination.
