He’s been proactive, responsive, and genuinely went the extra mile to make the whole process smooth and stress-free. Toby has also been excellent, always quick to follow up and keep me informed. Both were professional, approachable, and really on top of everything from start to finish. Highly recommend RSK and especially Asim and Toby for their excellent service.

GoogleAsim from RSK is an absolute legend - we’ve been in contact with him for a few months now and he goes out of his way to really understand what we’re looking for to show us properties that fit our requirements. He’s rapid with communication and gets the job done to a high standard. Would definitely recommend for first-time buyers!

GoogleI would like to recommend Asim Hussain from RSK Acton. He has been really helpful, with great communications, and has gone the extra mile in providing a good service, in helping me find a new property. He arrived early at each viewing day, always keen and enthusiastic. He then followed up regularly, offered to help me ask the sellers any detailed questions I had about the properties, and then updated me very quickly. If possible, he arranged a second viewing when the seller was around, so I could ask the questions more directly. Thank you again!

GoogleHad a really great experience renting through Robertson Smith & Kempson, Gaetano was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Super helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. He made the whole lettings process so much easier and a lot less stressful than I expected. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to make sure everything runs smoothly. Would definitely recommend both RSK and Gaetano if you're looking to rent in the area!
