Even though we didn't end up buying our first house with RSK (the house we offered on got taken off the market) we still wanted to leave a positive review to reflect the experience we had with Jack. Jack Dann did a great job of coming in later in the day and selling my job for a very good price. He brought in clients who were right for the house and eventually came up with the goods - the right couple at the right price. He negotiated brilliantly and kept me in the loop at every stage. Where he was also most impressive was in driving the process along to exchange and completion .. without him I do not think things would have gone so smoothly or so fast. I found the whole process just so easy and efficient, and Blairs approach professional, yet friendly. Having worked with a few agents over many years I can honestly say he came out top on my list of recommended letting consultants. The regular (but not too many ) updates were very useful particularly in these stressful times, finding the right tenant and negotiating a reasonable rental is a skillful balancing act. My dealings with Angelina were really good too although I had much less direct contact with her. I’m really pleased I decided to keep my letting with RSK and will certainly recommend Blair and the office to anyone I know who needs their property let.

If I could give zero stars I would. RSK were appointed to manage my rental property. The tenants they have found have defaulted on payment 3 months into a 36 month contract due to unforeseen circumstances. RSK will not allow the tenants to move out of the property and while there is no rent being paid still hold me to their management fees for the full term of the property even if the tenants were given permission to vacate. Adding to this there is hugely varying communication given from different staff to both myself and tenants; The tenants now lack so much confidence in RSK they now contact me directly - RSK have told both myself and my tenant we are not allowed to communicate. To my knowledge RSK add absolute no value, they are only a hinderance in an undesirable situation they have created.

Jonathan's involvement and gentle tone made a real difference, as did Sheila's down to earth phone manners... The service is terrible. we viewed 2 properties in greenford with a agent called Zak and both times we gave an offer and they refused to forward it to the vendors saying they want our financial information first when we gave it to them 5 months ago already and now they are saying the person that took it before doesn't work there anymore which is all stupid excuses as it would ofcourse be in their system and they could easily get that person to send that information.. they are refusing to take interest in our offers and are giving silly excuses because we are using our own financial broker and solicitors and not theirs which just shows they are not interested in selling their properties at all and are not even talking to the vendors or passing our offers forward. The service here is disappointing and no other estate agent has behaved like this with us so far.

A job well done. The team was attentive, proactive and extremely hard working. They just sold my elderly parents home in Hanwell. This was a huge move for them as they had lived here for 64 years. As my mother is hard of hearing they also regularly came around to update her on the process in person. We were holding off the move for so many years as it is such a daunting process, especially for my parents. But you all worked around the clock to make it as easy as possible and I cannot thank you enough.
