In this instance after our present tenants notified us they had to leave, we completed a Letter of Appointment to the Acton office on Friday 14th May 2021 and by Friday 21st May we had received an Offer Letter. There were viewings on the Saturday and Monday following the Appointment (for which I received e-mail notifications) and the Director of this office kept me updated by phone. Five stars for Jack Dann who has been helping us complete our purchase. He's very responsive. Buying a property is complicated but he is using simple language to describe the process throughout. He is willing to chase vendors when required, and able to keep the pressure to make progress. Unfortunately we had to one star less on our first ever viewing, we were left outside the property for almost 1 hour without being able to get hold of the viewing agent. I bought my flat in 2001 from RSK - Ronan was the contact back then. During the whole period they have always been the letting agents, finding me excellent tenants who have been popular with the other residents with flats in the building. Fingers crossed the sale of it is now going through - 20 years on and the time has come.
