GoogleWe recently sold our flat through Robertson Smith & Kempson (RSK) in Acton and couldn’t be happier with the service. We originally chose RSK after a great experience with their lettings team, and the sales team has been just as impressive.
A special mention has to go to Tamsa, who was our main point of contact throughout the process. We are based on the US West Coast, which introduced a lot of communication challenges due to the time difference, but Tamsa handled everything flawlessly. She has been incredibly responsive, patient, and proactive, often going above and beyond to keep the sale moving despite time zones and a number of unforeseen complexities.
Tamsa is an excellent negotiator, always transparent, and consistently one step ahead. In what was, at times, a very challenging process, she was a genuine bright spot. Her professionalism and dedication made a huge difference for us.
I would highly recommend RSK Acton to anyone selling or letting in the area, and I’d give an extra star if I could for Tamsa. She absolutely deserves recognition for the outstanding work she’s done.
