Lots of friends have previously recommended RSK for properties around Ealing and my own experience with them has indeed lived up to this reputation. I was quite surprised with the 5 star level service, we received. Little did we realise we would find a great place to stay. As some of the other places we went to were not as great in regards to the experience. We met Han for a viewing one evening, and he was really helpful, understanding and patient & of course a warm person. He followed things through, and was available to answer even some of our ridiculous questions. I would highly recommend the service and especially Han. We spoke to other support staff at the office over the phone and they were really helpful as well. They take their time to understand your needs and give you the realistic idea to work towards choosing a suitable place based on your budget, and we really appreciated this aspect.
