GoogleI found Tamsa Teji at the Acton office super helpful. She regularly checked in all the way through the process and was great at problem solving and contacting the people who needed to be contacted. I never had any regrets about choosing Robertson Smith and Kempson and appreciated their personal service. I would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe recently sold our flat with RSK. Toby politely kept in touch with me before we put the flat on the market without being pushy. The sale had many obstacles along the way (nothing to do with RSK) and Tamsa helped us navigate them with patience and good communication. Google⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with RSK Acton, particularly with sales consultant Bisma Syeda. From the very beginning, Bisma has been incredibly helpful, professional, and responsive. She organised viewings efficiently, showed me properties that were genuinely relevant to my requirements, and went out of her way to accommodate my needs at every stage. Her communication has been prompt and clear throughout, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the high level of service and would highly recommend both RSK and Bisma to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated estate agent.

GoogleI had a great experience with RSK Letting Agency, and I especially want to thank Adam for the incredible support over the last couple of months. His communication was excellent throughout the entire process and he always clear, responsive, and proactive throughout the viewing and paperwork process. As someone moving to London for the first time, there were a lot of things I simply didn’t know about the renting process. Adam was extremely patient and helpful in guiding me through every step. The whole process felt well-organized, and there was always enough flexibility to deal with any questions or issues that came up. Thanks to his support, what could have been a stressful experience turned out to be very smooth and straightforward. I’m very grateful for the patience and professionalism shown, and I would definitely recommend their services without hesitation to anyone looking to rent in London - especially if its their first time as the process, as it sometimes can get quite tricky.
