The person dealing with issues in the flat I am renting through RSK is Maria G. She is always happy and ready to help, negotiate and very understanding. Maria always return my calls and tries to sort out any issues in no time. Best person ever I dealt with in regards to flat issues.

Liam was absolutely fantastic. We walked in and immediately he was so helpful to us even though are requirements were very tight! He was really attentive over email and arranged for us to see some really lovely properties even before they went on the RSK website, and was so responsive and fast helping us out when anything had to be rearranged. Next time I want to move around the area, RSK will be the first people I go to, since Liam was such a complete star to us for our entire search.

My experience with RSK has been very positive, from initially purchasing my property, then letting it once I moved away from London and subsequently managing it once let. Excellent level of customer service has consistently been provided over the past four years by Maria at the Ealing branch ensuring any maintenance issues have been addressed in a a very professional and timely fashion.
