Hello, we are a French family with two children who moved over London in August 2022 (yes it took us a while to post the comment, too busy with the move 😊). Looking for a property to rent we did connect with most of the agencies in the area and although with did not end up finding a property with RSK we would definitely recommend the agency. We were supported in our search by Blair who showed professionalism, who regularly followed up with us (never being pushy) and who understood our needs. If we were to look for a property again in the area, we would definitely go back to RSK. We sold and bought through RSK in Hanwell last year and we are extremely happy with the service. They sold our house extremely quickly but the purchase of our new place couldn't have been harder and more stressful (due to the original vendor pulling out). Jonathan in the Hanwell branch pulled off a near miracle finding us a new property and ensuring the chain didn't break. I truly believe if it hadn't been for his determination it wouldn't have happened. From finding the second place to completion we did it in 5 weeks! I am sure there are the cynical amongst us but this is a bloke who ran out in the pouring rain to give me an umbrella and most importanly a local organisation who support their community, including sponsoring the local school's Christmas and Summer fairs.
