Highly recommend this agency! After a negative experience with another estate agent in the area I was running out of time to find a place for me and my family to live. Enter Priyesh (director/ my saviour - not an exaggeration) I explained my situation and he immediately offered support and advice. Within less than 10 minutes, I had an appointment to view a very popular property the next morning. At the viewing I met Angelina, who was more than helpful and went above and beyond to ensure the process of me putting an offer in, getting all the references sorted, signing a contract and all the various other legal paperwork was completed within ONE DAY! Cameron is patient, helpful and always on hand to answer any questions we had, communication was always immediate. We have been in a chat with them looking for a 1 bed flat, explaining our budget. They played a big game, placing 4 views. Three were low-level properties and one was fabulous but the price was 300£ higher than our cap. So we told them that we couldn't achieve the goal but they said the landlord was flexible. A couple of days after we sent our offer for 200£ less, the agent didn't want even to speak with the landlord about saying was too low, I think that this was very unprofessional, because usually, they show all the offers and then the landlord decides who'll be the tenant. Absolutely a waste of time.
