GoogleExtremely poor customer service, did not accept the errors they made. We were incorrectly advised by their estate agents for around 2 months about our contract and ended up signing something completely different to what we were promised. Overall very let down by their service, I had to call them to try to organise anything and never got any correspondence back. When I did, it was a different person each time, and no communication between the team as they all said different things.

GoogleReally good experience RSK. Very professional and updated us and checked in with us all along the way. Explained how they worked at the start and then backed it up with lots of activity.
