Robertson Smith & Kempson were great when it came to selling my flat. The team were extremely efficient and accommodating at getting all of the presale paperwork etc. done and similarly when it came to the viewings. They sold the flat quickly and the communications regarding this were always very good. Unfortunately sorting out the contract took rather longer than any of us wanted (not RS&Ks fault), but nevertheless they were very supportive and helpful though this time, keeping things moving... If I need to sell a property in Acton again RS&K would be my first port of call.

Carla conducted our first viewing, introducing us to the idea of owning our own home, and gave us our last viewing on the property that we completed on yesterday. Throughout the process of searching for a property she was attentive to our needs, supportive and good fun to be around. Once we were under offer Carla updated us frequently on what was required, and how far away we were. As first time buyers we were a little unsteady in what we needed to do and what the processes were, but at all times we could count on Carla to help and guide us to getting the deal done. She had a wealth of experience to lean on and a friendly, positive attitude that made my wife and I feel happy and comfortable throughout what most folks told me would the most stressful time of our lives. Had a great experience talking with Joe in lettings. Felt really let down by RSK Acton. Very flippant, very insincere. Put in a bid at the asking price for a property which hadn't had any bids in months, suddenly there was another bid, and I was being pressured heavily to match it. I didn't. I dropped out. Nearly a year later, the property is still unsold, and the other bid looked clearly fake both now and at the time. Felt like heavy pressure over the phone from RSK to increase the bid, but I felt I could smell a rat, and refused to go above the asking price. Be very careful if you put bids in, you may suddenly have phantom other bids which don't seem to be real, and you may get heavy pressure from RSK. It felt like the seller and RSK were trying to play me and help themselves to more cash. In the end RSK got nothing and the seller hasn't sold a year later. Great idea that was putting in a phantom bid by the seller and his/her mate. It felt like RSK were untrustworthy and I hope I never use them to buy or sell a property in the future. EDIT: They called me 9 minutes after this post below. The statement below is untrue and is meant to deceive anyone who reads these google reviews.
