Okay, let's start from the beginning. Since we started applying for a rental apartment, Daniella was with us from the very beginning. The best agent in London. My English is not the best and she helped us anyway, despite the difficulties on my part. I was working as a proxy for some friends of mine who have a 3 month assignment in London. They live in California and have a toddler, so I had a very specific list of requirements. RSK actually reached out to us having heard through someone about our requirements. Luckily they had just the property. They were able to show it to me the next day as well as communicate specific needs and questions to the landlord. Our answers were given within 24 hours. Not only were they quick, but efficient, kind, helpful, and understanding of the intricacies of the situation. They worked with us and we were able to secure something that really benefited everyone in the long run, but mostly my friends. Hello Angelina, Thank you for the quick of this afternoon. I know you were rushing dealing other clients. I am so sorry that I missed the opportunity of those flats that you had available. Now I am feeling very regretful, because it was clearly the best opportunity for me to pick one if them so I can move in by the 10th or so of September 2023. I should not have listened to my mum in the first place. Especially after you explained to me that sharing with others would a very bad idea as suggested by my mum. I suppose that my mum suggesting that was coming from a good place, but she would not have understand the true reality in practice. So please I am willing to go back to my original idea to look for my own one bedroom flat. So please let me know as soon something comes up. So I can move in even before the 10th of September 2023. Yes Angelina, what i said as compliments are very true about your personality, I am very sure, that, you may have noticed yourself the way most of your clients relate to you. Mainly because of the way they feel that you understand them, and taking their requests into consideration. And also of the way you approach your work compassion. Which explains why clients who call your office tend to ask to speak to you mostly, compared to your other colleagues. They may be good too, but your personality and the way your approach your job with client does make a difference indeed. Thank you again and do have a good evening.
