GoogleGreat experience with the RSK Hanwell team from start to finish. It was a long process (14 months!) with a few uncertain moments along the way, but Yasmin, Paul, James and the team were consistently patient, professional, and supportive throughout. Their communication was excellent and they helped keep everything moving when it mattered most. Really appreciate all their hard work in getting us over the line, would definitely recommend!

GoogleWe had a great experience with Jourdain at Robertson Smith & Kempson. As we were on a tight timeline to move, and needed a place that was convenient for our eldest child’s school as well as suitable for our young baby (ideally without too many stairs), the situation was quite stressful at first. Once we found a property we liked, we contacted Jourdain for a viewing. He was very responsive, worked efficiently, and provided clear instructions throughout the process. His professionalism made everything smooth and straightforward, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend Jourdain and the team for their excellent service!

GoogleUseless and disingenuous. We had the misfortune of working with RSK on 2 occasions which we regret fully. The first time, they were working for the seller when we purchased our flat. They were extremely slow, unhelpful and inattentive on this purchase. When it came to selling our flat, we should definitely have changed agent but stupidly decided to go with them as they knew the property and had photos etc. When we came to sell, they overvalued the property. We questioned this with them but they assured us that it was the right way to go, even though we specified that we did not want to reduce the sale price early. Within 2 weeks of the house being on the market, they had the cheek to call us and recommend that we reduce the price by approximately 50k. Hilariously, they seemed to act surprised that we were not that impressed with their dishonest tactics. Obviously they are inflating prices to get business and they had no intention whatsoever to sell at the guide price. They informed us that the decision to reduce was based on new insight from one day of viewing feedback (which was what we had already told them of course) - pretty patronising. We lost faith in them and asked them to take our flat off the market to see out the remaining contract. The only silver lining was that we had insisted on a shorter contract term with them so we could be rid of them - on the flip side, this time pressure is probably what caused them to try and reduce so quickly. Thankfully, we no longer have to deal with them any more - we switched agents and had an infinitely better experience. I would recommend this agent as an April Fool's prank, but otherwise avoid like the plague

GoogleZero stars if I could put that We’ve had a terrible experience with RSK, not just once, but twice. When we first bought our flat through them, they were impossible to reach and never picked up the phone when we needed updates or support. They would finally answer emails but you always felt you were being a pain to them. Despite that, we (stupidly) decided to sell through them later on as we wanted to reuse a photo, and unfortunately, it was just as bad. They massively overvalued our property, ignored our concerns when we told them the price was unrealistic, and one week after we signed an exclusivity agreement, they told us to drop the price by 75k (which we had already told them it should be priced at & they knew we didn’t want to reduce so quickly) proving they just wanted our listing, not to give genuine advice. Communication was practically nonexistent throughout, and even after we mentioned we wanted to take the flat off the market with them, they didn’t bother to contact us or follow up. Surely if you’d thought you’d given a good service you would at least call when you’d heard this?! I didn’t have a point of contact and every time I called there was no one available to update me so I never spoke on the phone to anyone (surely what an estate agent should be good at). We thought the service was so bad so we removed our property from the market, waited until the agreement had ended & signed up to a new agent. They were so impressive & gave the complete opposite service to RSK! Would not recommend RSK to anyone, extremely unprofessional and uninterested once they’ve secured your signature
