I am very happy with the service I received throughout my whole process of buying a house. From start to completion and collection of keys to my dream house all the staff were very helpful and friendly, I even requested a third viewing of the property I was buying, the staff were very accommodating and made time to allow me to also show my family the house which we were buying. We originally bought our home on Oakland's Road through RSK in 1993 and 29 years later sold it through them and through the same Greenford Office. RSK handled the sale very professionally and were very courteous and understanding throughout. We had a few challenges in securing a buyer and our buyer had a few challenges securing a mortgage but we all got there in the end and completed the sale in November. Good and well managed communication ensured that we all knew where we were and that gave us all confidence that perseverence would pay off in the end. Selling a house involves a huge, diverse collection of people, including estate agents, solicitors, mortgage brokers, lenders, surveyors, the moving teams, and more. Just completed and got the keys for my brilliant new flat purchased through RSK. I can't thank Yasmin and her team enough - They have been fantastic. I originally tried to sell my home through another estate agent but due to the lack of communication the property fell through and I wasn't kept informed for many weeks and left in the dark. I then came across Yasmin who sold my property on the first viewing, by getting the right buyer through and it sold £10,000 over the asking price, so I could not have been more pleased. There was a chain involved in my sale and as we were leading up to exchange of contracts it all got a little complicated and tense due to solicitors that were not easy to get hold of and were not communicating with each other as they should. The solicitors didn't seem to be pushing the sale through but Yasmin never gave up and spent a lot of her time on the phone chasing the solicitors in the chain and nudging them in the right direction. I truly believe without her determination and persistence on chasing everyone involved, solicitors, buyers and estate agents, the sale may never have gone through. Yasmin and her team went over and above to get the exchange and completion of contracts to happen and it certainly wasn't the easiest of sales and I think many other agents may have given up. I can not thank Yasmin, her team and RSK enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell, buy or let. They provide a fantastic service, care about their clients and keep you informed throughout the process even when they have to pass on difficult information that you may not want to hear. There honesty, integrity and hard work certainly paid of in my case and restored my views and confidence in estate agents again! Thank you so much:-)

We bought a house with RSK, and from a buyer’s perspective they were a great estate agent to deal with. It was a slow process because of complications with our sale, but Marc was patient and flexible with us, and steered us through the process until we finally completed yesterday. He was also very accommodating about additional viewings and having builders etc over to give quotes so we can now hit the ground running with renovations.

Highly recommended agency, especially James Merceron who helped us finding our future home after the first flat purchase fell through (with another agency). It was always easy to talk to him via phone or email, he arranged as many viewings as we wanted so we can feel comfortable with the flat. During the viewings he was very friendly, he didn't rush us, we could take as much time as we needed. We are very glad to have such a helpful and client focused agent in our home buying process.

Very disappointed with this agency. They called me and I clearly specified my budget to rent. They gave me an appointment for a flat and in the end the flat was costing 200£ more than my budget. Also, I said to them we are a couple and I found in the flat a bunk bed. Very unprofessional considering I live very far (they took my details so they knew it) and they let me go for nothing basically.

There are many letting agents to choose from in Ealing, RSK is the only one I would use and recommend without reservation. Michael & Shaniyah were professional, helpful, always approachable and quick to answer any questions. I say this after having an awful stressful experience with a large London wide (over 30 branches) Ealing agent who is too big to care once you’ve signed contracts. My advice is always go to a local independent agent like RSK.

This is an unusual review but read on. I was in Ealing visiting my dad at his care home. About to start the train journey home, I realised my mobile phone wasn't in my bag. Hoping I'd left it at the carehome I popped into RS&K to see if they would call the home to check for me. Gina Cannon could not have been more understanding and helpful. It's a small thing but acts of kindness are so rare these days and I very much appreciated her willingness to assist me find my phone.
