I had a very positive experience working with Robertson Smith & Kempson estate agency based in Ealing. It is also important to mention, that I have been with RSK for over 18 years now! This time, I had a pleasure to work with a new team, mainly with Gina, Altin and Bailey. The persons I worked with were very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Their communication was brilliant and their responses to my emails were swift, without any delays! From the initial marketing of my property to the completion of the contract, all was done very quickly and with great confidence. I had the best experience in finding a home with Angelina from Robertson Smith & Kempson Acton, I moved to London 1st July and as everyone knows finding a home is a challenge especially for new people moving to UK due to the referencing checks. Most agents said you have to pay 6 months in advance, she said tell me your background and gave time to hear what documents I can provide and she reviewed them and informed me that this is ok. Went through the referencing process it took longer than usual and many documents requested but it was successful, I really appreciate her effort to find a solution instead of taking the easy option. She was really professional and I highly recommend dealing with her. In few words I describe her as Professional, keen, understanding, and very helpful.
