GoogleWe are nearing completion of a property purchased through RSK. In the main, they have been helpful and quick to respond. Individually, the agents that we have dealt with have been great - Carla, Toby, Paul, and Cameron. However a couple of points to raise: 1. When your offer is accepted it is RSK’s policy not to amend the listing to ‘under offer’ on their website and affiliated websites e.g Rightmove. Instead it remains visible as for sale. This was despite a condition of our offer being that it is removed from sale straight away. We were reassured that interested parties would be redirected to other properties, which may well be the case, however it caused a lot of anxiety for us. When we sold our flat with another agent is was immediately listed as ‘under offer’ which I believe is the right thing to do. At the very least I think RSK should be upfront about their policy before an offer is accepted with a condition of removal from sale. Ideally RSK would change their policy and in order to improve their credentials of being a transparent and trustworthy agent working with integrity. 2. It was not always clear who should be our point of contact throughout the process. It would be helpful for this to be outlined more clearly.

GoogleReally good experience with Hannah while viewing for our new home, she’s has a clear knowledge of the property and the job on hand. Friendly and professional, multiple viewings in a day are quite stressful, she understood that and allowed us our time so this viewing was a breeze.. unfortunately due to some issues at our end we couldn’t go ahead with the purchase.

GoogleAngelina is the nicest and friendliest person I have ever met among Estate Agents in London. She takes the time and shows genuine interest in coming back to follow up with new properties and options. I would like to mention that RSK doesn't offer the most affordable rental options in the market, and sometimes their tenancy contracts seem longer compared to others in the market. However, if Angelina is the one handling your case, you will have a fantastic experience here!

GoogleMichael delivered a very smooth sale in an uncertain market, delivering an offer above asking price as interest rates were increasing. RSK’s valuation was higher than those from other agents and they delivered on it. The sale process was run without any issues and both the sellers (us) and the buyers were very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

GooglePros: - I wasn't able to attend the viewing and the agent took some videos for us. - Police and friendly agents. Cons: - The place was part-furnished and we wanted it nude ; we got lied to about build-in furniture that could not be removed. Once we moved in, we noticed that none was built-in, and that it could have been removed. - Although the agent said otherwise, the place we moved into was dirty and no professional cleaning had be done. - Some lag in communication. We had to follow-up multiple times to get responses.

GoogleAfter making an offer I was forced to speak to their mortgage broker despite having my own MIP, this seemed their main concern to get me over to their broker to earn some commission I guess. They didn't reply to me when I asked if the offer was received, and after calling them made excuses rather than just say sorry for not responding. At the viewing of the property they tried to tell me the kitchen was 3 years old, the homeowner stepped in to correct them, it was from 1992, I'm unsure how properties are being valued when the spec and condition is clearly unknown.
