GoogleI have been through three sales in 2023 with RSK Acton, and all selling agents in the team did a fantastic job at ensuring all the actions are carried out as early as possible. There were challenging moments especially dealing with managing agents and HTB, but RSK handled everything so that we were able to achieve the best possible outcome. The agent I was with for the third sale (James Merceron) was particularly responsive and reassuring, going the extra mile to communicate with technicians on-site and helping advocate for me leading up to sale finalisation. Overall a positive experience.

GoogleI totally recommend RSK Acton..they, and in particular James, helped me a lot in the purchase process, which has not been easy, but not because of their fault. I felt always informed and reassured during the develop of the stages of the purchase. I really appreciated all their hard work.

GoogleHorrible experience with RSK ACTON. We booked for a viewing and and made the offer by e-mail as we knew the flat. Then confirmed this on the phone once again. Mr JO did not attend his booking. We called office 3 times, his colleagues could not reach him. It was -1 outside came with a one year old to attend our booking. No call received from the office not even next day. 2 days later I received an e-mail with the same property with reduced price. I immediately called the office they said an offer has just been accepted for that flat. So the flat has been let about £125 less than our offer. I am not sure if the landlords are aware of the way RSK ACTON does this job. Ridiculous.

It was an extremely pleasant experience and even though we decided to select for our next home another area in London, I would highly recommend to anyone to work closely with her. Flats are great so as the prices that were offered to us. Individual assistance also a guarantee.

GoogleMy partner and I are about to move into a rental home, with the help of Gina Cannon at RSK Ealing. From our initial viewings (for which Gina curated a whole evening of property viewings that fit our criteria), to the entire referencing/contracting process, Gina has been extremely professional and helpful. She has been upfront about the process, and makes sure to check in with us at frequent intervals, to offer her support and advice. At a time when the rental market has been in a frenzy, and I am sure Gina is very busy, she always dedicated time to answer our questions calmly and patiently. Even when she was unavailable, she made sure to get back to us, whenever we had questions. Highly recommend going to RSK Ealing, and asking for Gina, if you are looking for a new home -, I know we will be if we move any time in the future! :-)

GoogleJoe O'Keeffe has been an exceptional lettings consultant from the start! He’s been proactive with the handling of my rental application and consistently professional with his attitude. I really appreciated that he was always available and easy to get hold of by email or by phone, especially when an urgent inquiry or a concern arose. (sorry for all the phone calls!) Joe is a cheerful and kind person to speak with, and his approach definitely made the whole process less dull and less stressful. He didn’t fail to deliver at any instance and it was a great pleasure communicating with him and his colleagues - amongst which Andre Da Silva who was also very accommodating and adept in getting my offer accepted. Thank you for the outstanding impression, I can't recommend Joe enough and it was definitely worth renting my flat through Robertson Smith and Kempson.
