We have had a great experience working with Anjali at RSK to rent a two bed property in West London. Anjali has been very flexible with arranging booking times and was able to schedule two seperate viewings since we weren't both able to make the same slot. Beyond that, we have had a great experience with securing an offer, placing a holding deposit and signing contracts for the property. Having worked with a lot of estate agents (large and small) in the area trying to secure a property I would definitely recommend RSK as an agency to consider.

Viewed a property to rent through RSK which I liked and wanted to go ahead with the process to let the property. I was told to call into the office and go through the questions over the phone which I did. I called back later that day to see if the landlord accepted the offer I was told someone will call you back but never did, I then called again unfortunately through to the same woman who again said someone would call me back and shock no one did. After being fobbed of my partner called in and was told numerous excuses to why they didn’t have an answer and then again told that Duncan would call back but never did. So I would highly not recommend this estate agent if it’s this difficult at this early stage I’d dread to think what it’s like further down the line in regards to a healthy tenant relationship.

From the moment I began my property search within the area the experience with RSK has been outstanding. The rental market can be quite a nerve wracking place but the insightful and proactive help from the team especially Duncan made a usually stressful experience as simple and easy as possible. Also very responsive and efficient in sorting out the negotiations and proceed to acceptance. I’m adding to this review immediately above that I gave over 2 years ago when I first moved in. Ishaan was brilliant! I had mad a long journey for a house viewing but we weren't able to gain access. However wven though we ran into trouble with the viewing, Ishaan was able to quickly sort out a few nearby viewings and show me around the area. Ishaan gave me some advice on navigating my move and provided me with some knowledge on tennancy agreements that I wasn't aware of. He also gave me a lift back to the station, great service from him. Would recommend!
