GoogleI requested to view a property with Sarika and I was going to put an offer for the sale of getting my search done with, it wasn’t a great place and she recommended another as it would “suit us more” and she was right, I fell in love and made an offer she really understood our client profile, even though it was more than we wished to spend. She was very helpful and patient with our overseas references. I also spoke to Duncan regarding references and he was understanding and helpful, really friendly. However, property finder displayed a different asking price which I flagged and was told this was a glitch and when I offered “asking price” it would be the higher one. After my offer I asked about a break clause due to being locked in for 36 months, another colleague contacted me and the conversation wasn’t very helpful and quite belittling. This was cleared up by Sarika in the end.

If I could give more stars I would especially to Angelina who was highly Professional but also patient and kind. She was efficient with any request I had and showed how knowledgeable she was. GoogleLIARS ...Never work with such people specially the Acton Branch... they lie, they make up fake excuses on behalf of the landlord, I was in the middle of a referencing, was working hard to speed up the referencing process then they messaged me to say the landlord found someone else !! this is PATHETIC...they even lied about one property being let yet they relisted it again few days later ! SAVE YOURSELF valuable time and never work with them....ever.
