GoogleWe've just signed our tenancy agreement for moving in next Month! The team working at RSK Acton bring hard work and dedication to the table. Special mentions to Angelina, Priyesh and Gaetano who worked together in helping me and my partner secure a rental flat we hope to call home for a very long time. They are always at hand to answer any questions (and i'm one for asking more than needed!) and always act professionally no matter what your request is. GoogleCameron and the team at RSK were excellent. Swift in responding to enquiries, flexible arranging visits to the property and clear at all times in communications. When it came to exchange and completion there was a prompt and supportive engagement between RSK and solicitors that facilitated a trouble free purchase. GoogleHard working team who pulled out all the stops when we lost our buyer, meaning that we were able to carry on with our purchase. Had we not had to have a good many debates with them about certain issues like putting under offer on the listing when it was under offer / showing images of bathrooms etc they would have got 5 stars. GoogleOverall a disappointing experience, a nice selection of properties but service lacked professionalism, including forgetting key details about properties, constant hassle, a lack of transparency throughout the process and rudeness.
