GoogleI have been dealing with RSK for several months and my expectations were exceeded. The whole team was very helpful and supportive with our busy schedule, creating a unique and friendly service. Our agent was always available when we needed him and was listening to what we said. In particular Michael was amazing !!!!!! He contacted me when required but in my view he went beyond what his job required from him. He was dedicated and helped us to communicate with others. Thanks to him I was able to progress with my sale. Michael has been brilliant and has been a massive help with progression of the move. I was truly impressed with his professionalism and communication. He was always responding to my emails in a very short period of time. Usually on the same day. He was always there to answer any questions but also provided very good advice. Thanks Michael. In my view this is the best RSK brunch and the best estate agency in Hanwell. I would be happy to use them again.

GoogleMy extreme disappointment and frustration with the condition of the flat we recently moved into. It is literally shocking. The flat is full of mold, the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower is full of rust. Considering the agency fees you collect, it is your responsibility to ensure that the flat is properly cleaned before move-in. The state of the flat is unacceptable and far below expected standards. Additionally, the lady at your reception desk (Gina)lacks basic customer service skills. She displayed unwarranted confidence without providing any real assistance.
