GoogleSo far, I can only say I have been sweetly surprised and impressed with RSK’s service. We are currently in the process of finding a new property to rent after being at our present place for the last 13+ years and I wasn’t looking forward to the process, hearing many horror stories from friends and family about the competitive rental market and the cold treatment and mismanagement of affairs from estate agents in general. So much has changed over the decade and more. But Ahmed from RSK has been quite the opposite, making everything feel easy and possible so that I find myself relaxing more in this process. I have met a handful of estate agents over the last couple weeks, and Ahmed comes across as very genuine and has been very helpful, non-invasive and yet responsive. Bailey too from another branch was willing to set up a viewing of a property almost immediately after entering the office for the first time, compared to other agents that have literally moved like sloths. The RSK eagerness to support and do their best for both tenant and landlord is palpable. I can’t say that for all estate agents. I have a good feeling about a couple of properties we have seen through RSK and I trust Ahmed and his team to help us get what we are looking for.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with RSK. They contacted me when my flat was with another agent and were not pushy at all - very polite and supportive. Hence when I needed to change agents - I recontacted Shervin and signed up with RSK. They have demonstrated excellent timely communication; verbally and with emails, great customer service - with support through out the experience of renting my flat, and have gone above and beyond with their help. I would recommend them wholeheartedly - and in particular Shervin (my main point of contact) and Ishaan. Thank you!

GoogleI highly recommend RSK Ealing they have been so wonderful and helpful over the last couple of weeks in our search for a new home, massive shout out to Ahmed and Gina who found some amazing properties for us to view and we cannot wait to move in to new place. If you are looking for a property in Ealing to rent these are the most caring and kind estate agents you will find, (we got married in the middle of our search and they really respected the little break we needed but were right back on it when we needed them) and they listen to what you are after and only show you properties that hit your brief. He was in constant contact with ourselves, solicitors and the other parties involved, both updating and pressing for progress. That we ultimately managed to complete the sale and 3 purchases on the same day id largely down to him.

GoogleSale of our property was handled by Yasmin and Michael at RSK. We had a good experience with them and they were flexible on changing strategy to get more buyers through the door. In the end we sold our house by the time we needed to and am now writing this from our new house.

GoogleA very unprofessional team in Ealing with low level of ethics. Matthew made us waste precious time and opportunities by not providing accurate guidance on winning bids, and Mikaela truly believes her role is to condescendingly teaching customers about their needs while patronising them, all to make you accept what they have in stock. We actually gave them 3 opportunities on multiple sides of deals(renting, letting and selling) and the customer experience was appalling. Our intention was to refrain from giving a feed-back but after being asked for one, it was the cherry on the cake. They do believe they are doing a good job. RSK employs a team of children in what should be a serious endeavour.
