GoogleKaram was our seller’s estate agent, so we had less direct interaction with him and dealt mainly with the seller throughout the process. That said, Karam was helpful at some key points in keeping the sale on track, particularly given the tight timelines involved, and for that we are appreciative. Overall, our experience was positive and we are grateful for his assistance in getting the transaction completed.

The team is exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. Navigating the rental market can be overwhelmingly stressful, but they made the entire process remarkably smooth. Communication was clear and prompt at every step, all our questions were answered quickly, and referencing was handled without any of the usual fuss. Special thanks to the team especially Tatiana for keeping us updated throughout. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and proactive letting agency, we cannot recommend them highly enough. GoogleLandlords, don’t bother with them. Very unprofessional agency. I booked an appoint to view the property. Agent calls on the day to change the time of viewing. At the viewing time, there’s someone else that I’ve never spoken to before and she does not even half keys to two out of three bedrooms. She knew from before she can’t give me access and still didn’t bother calling me. Complete unprofessional behaviour and a waste of time.

Everyone I met was professional, they answered all my questions and helped me have my property ready for rental and immediately had it on the market. GoogleI have had good service from RSK from initial enquiries with Toby who was reliable and communicated well and listened to what I needed and set up a number of viewings from people known to them who were serious in their interest. They work well as a team and have been available and responsive, but not pushy. Asim was the link with my buyer and communicated well between us with a good outcome for me. Although the process is inevitably stressful at times I had support from the team who continued to help guide things through to completion. I would highly recommend them.
