GoogleMillad Parwaz went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property. He was patient and understanding of my needs, and he even helped me negotiate a better deal. I was particularly impressed with how quickly he responded to my emails and phone calls. I would definitely work with Millad again in the future.

GoogleThese agents were very efficient and passed on information promptly. I dealt mainly with Selina who was unfailingly polite and helpful. When problems arose, which they did, she remained calm and immediately suggested a solution. She put any new plans into action straight away and followed through with any information that resulted. A succesful sale was eventually made.

GoogleI’ve been searching for a rental property with Matthew for some time, and while the process hasn’t yielded results yet, I genuinely appreciate his warmth, professionalism, and consistent communication. He regularly checks in with updates, which shows a real commitment to helping us find the right property. Although the properties shown so far haven’t quite aligned with our preferences, I do feel he is genuinely trying to understand our needs and get us there. With some improvement in matching clients to suitable properties, I think the service could be excellent. Matthew is a fantastic individual, and his dedication keeps me hopeful for a positive outcome. I really hope we end up finding our home with him because he absolutely deserves it.

GoogleIf I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not trust this letting agency with your money as a tenant! They will blackmail you over the phone and do not reply to queries. They do not care of the state of house. Just money hungry!! Update December 2024: After taking our deposit dispute to the TDS for adjudication we won our dispute and received £1100 of the £1200 in dispute. I really would not touch this lettings agency with a barge pole for the continuous false promises and lack of professionalism given to us.
