GoogleRobert Watts dealt with our recent house sale. It was an efficient, pain free process and we would highly recommend them as an estate agents. GoogleI have recently purchased a property through Robert Watts in Cleckheaton. House moving is so stressful but I found Jenny really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The sale took around 5 months & Jenny did lots more chasing around than either solicitors! I would use them in the future!
Great review thank you Amy. You’re absolutely right that moving can be stressful but we’re so pleased Jen was on hand to help. We do spend most of our day chasing solicitors but we feel it is the only way to get sales through. Good luck going forward and thanks for using us.

GoogleI recently completed on a property and the sellers were using Robert Watts Cleckheaton branch. Even though I wasn't their client as I was purchasing the property they treated me as if i were. Angela was always there whenever I had a query and always kept me up to date with how things were progressing. If i was ever to sell my property I wouldn't hesitate in instructing Robert Watts Cleckheaton branch to deal with the sale.

GoogleWe recently sold our property through robert watts. We found the process smooth and had bought our property through them originally. The valuation met our expectations and the fees were competitive so we chose to use Robert Watts again (buying through them previously was also a good experience) Stephen dealt with our listing and Angela with the sale. They were both on hand whenever we needed them and in my opinion both gave very honest and professional advice to any questions that I asked. They chased up when required and were prompt with their responses. The rest of the staff were always on hand to assist if their colleagues assigned to our sale were not present. They all have a vast knowledge of the local area and I would recommend this agency to anybody thinking of buying or selling a property.

Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt in the loop. There were a few unexpected delays along the way, but Angela was fantastic at keeping everything calm and organised. Her attention to detail and constant coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I’d unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring team to handle their sale or purchase.

Jenny went way and beyond what we could have hoped for and was, in our opinion, instrumental in getting the sale completed. He has always been quick at responding, quick at passing on messages to the sellers and extremely helpful in answering our many questions.
