The professionalism, the responsiveness and just the good spirits of the team really helped every step of the way. Should be at least 7 stars!! What can I say, other than what an amazing job Natalie and her team have done in selling my home. Not only are they extremely helpful, they treat you as a good friend and will always be straight and honest with you. I am afraid but I am actually quite disappointed with this agency now, although I wrote a nice review soon after the completion, once I have actually collected the key and went to the flat, I tried to contact the agency again as I needed to know few things from the ex-owner about the flat, but they never came back to me and it has been a month now! Once the completion was done, they completed ignored me! The flat was left with rubbish and disgustedly dirty, the shower was not working and they left a completely broken big wardrobe that I had to have it removed and pay for it. I emailed the agency and kindly asked to forward my questions about the shower, the wardrobe and the rubbish to be removed, to the ex-owners and my feedback on the disgusting state they left the flat, but no one came back to me at all!! PLEASE NOTE, the contract states: “Unless stated otherwise, the seller will be responsible for ensuring that all rubbish is removed from the property (including form the loft, garden, outbuildings, garages and sheds) and that the property is left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition”. It is true that they are all nice during the purchase and then once they have been paid, they no longer care about customers!

Recently bought a house with Robert Luff & Co and have made our move from London to the Sussex coast. We actually viewed more than one property with them and whilst one was a whirlwind 15mins due to it being an open day, the house we bought we actually had a really lovely extended time in the property viewing it. Sally-Ann showed us around and was very friendly and super engaging in terms of sharing ideas and suggestions with us as we pondered over things we might like to do to the property. It happened to be the underdog of houses we saw that day (prior to viewings!) yet turned out to be 'the one' for us. I've no doubt that that extra time in the property and good service helped contribute. The conveyancing process, like most, had its hiccups and dramas, though more so with our sale than this purchase. However, all throughout I had the biggest laugh with Sue (Sales Progression) every time I was on the phone to her. Her friendliness, customer service, and ability to boot people up the backsides when necessary was all-round brilliant. Absolutely made for her job! We can't really thank her enough for taking that stress off us and ensuring those that needed to act, acted fast. Would recommend this estate agent.
