They have been so Helpful especially Jamie Bryant, who has gone above and beyond his work duty ,And put up with all our questions and worries that you naturally have . Have been able to contact everytime, it's been a pleasure for you to sell our property! Thankyou so much! They have made a stressful time in anyone's life much more easy and stress free. GoogleWe used Robert Luff when our other estate agent was unable to sell our property. They sold our flat with the first viewing. It was a stressful and emotional time but Jamie and the team where fantastic keeping us update and helping understand solicitor talk. Highly recommend. Thank you :)

GoogleWe put our house on the market in Jul 2016 with Robert Luff. We accepted an offer in September 2016 but unfortunately this did not complete as the buyer decided not to move after all. David King at Robert Luff worked extremely hard to secure us a number of new viewings which resulted in a number of offers and finally we completed on our sale in May 2017 (None of the delays were attributable to the Estate agents) . I am normally sceptical about Estate Agents but I have to say my experience with Robert Luff was first class. I found them very approachable and quick to react. Special praise should be given to David King as his enthusiasm and commitment was excellent throughout and he really is a credit to Robert Luff and should be recognised as such. Well done!

GoogleFrom beginning to end the experience we had in the sale of our property was second to none. From our initial consultation it was evident that Dave King, our appointed agent, had thoroughly researched the market and provided clear evidence for our valuation. He went through the contract in a way that was jargon free and answered all of our questions without hesitation. Throughout the process Dave and his colleagues were approachable and professional. I cannot praise the team at Robert Luff, Goring highly enough and especially Dave as he battled for us over a stressful and awkward last week of negotiations not just for our purchase but with other professionals in the chain. For an all-round professional service I can do no more than fully endorse and recommend Robert Luff Goring branch.

GoogleI can't praise Jamie and his team enough for selling my property for me. They were professional and caring throughout and always there to help and advise when needed..Dave was my first contact with valuing my house and I was very impressed with his attitude and approach. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their house with the least hassle and the best service .Jamie was outstanding ,I was informed on the progress of the sale regularly and his constant support was invaluable from the beginning until completion.

FacebookJasmine is wonderful. However the unprofessional unethical idiot who tried to tell me that I HAD to use their mortgage advisor in order to make my offer more appealing made me realise how unprofessional some of the staff are here. Shame really.

FacebookApart from the bald miserable tosser who manages the goring office, I think all the staff are wonderful and I would recommend to friends. You will be spoken to and treated well providing you don't go to goring where the bald miserable tosser is!

I appointed Robert Luff to handle the sale of my property (3 bed semi detached house) and I really couldn't ask for a better service than what I received. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and they achieved a higher price for my property than I was quoted from 4 other agents in the area. The pictures were online within minutes of the agent leaving my house! we had viewings within 36 hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again.

YellInconsiderate and disrespectful
RobertLuff were the estate agent responsible for selling a flat that I was living in a few months ago, and I was very unimpressed. They were given strict instructions to give me 24 hours notice before viewings and not to hold any viewings on weekends. However they chose to ignore both of these and came around on a Saturday morning unannounced, waking me up in the process. I then phoned up the Worthing branch manager to complain and he was very unsympathetic, even supporting the actions of his colleagues of ignoring the given instructions on their database.
