GoogleMy thanks to all at Robert Luff & Co (Goring Branch) Most helpful one and all, but my special thanks has to go to David (and Jack) for seeing me through the whole thing, and making me laugh when sometimes felt like crying!!! Thanks again one and all.

GoogleAlthough originally a bit sceptical at first to be honest, but on the recommendation of someone we met who was selling through Goring we went with David and Jamie. Can’t recommend them enough, first class service and a pleasure to deal with. Will be first call next time around.

GoogleJack Cottingham is the most fantastic agent - communicative, transparent, enthusiastic and knowledgeable - everything you would want in an estate agent - got us through a long purchase process and was amazing. Thank you so much. Would thoroughly recommend for selling/purchasing.

GoogleThe service which we received, especially from Dave could not have been bettered. He understood and found the property required and was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the buying and selling processes. Communication at every stage was excellent. In nine house moves, this was the best experience by far.

GoogleEveryone at the branch was great. Helpful, professional and kept the pressure on both sides to complete the purchase. Particular thanks to to Jack and Jamie who did a fantastic job, they liaised with all interested parties and kept me informed of progress regularly. Now a proud owner of a lovely (in need of some serious TLC) bungalow.

GoogleDavid King is probably the best estate agent I have ever had to deal with. Although my first impression was that he was a typical estate agent, I learnt that he was a lot more than that. I felt like I was the most important, if not the only, person that he was working for, which I know was not the case. He kept me fully informed on everything and actually listened and took note of my requirements. I can highly recommend this young man if you are looking for someone that you can trust with what can be an extremely stressful time. He has the ability to add that personal touch, which most do not.

GoogleJack, Jamie, Dave, Laura, in the goring branch, were absolutely fantastic in helping me with the sale of my flat, I just can't thank them enough as it was a tough time, with my buyer solicitor nit picking at everything, which Jamie went beyond everything to help me, especially when we thought it was gonna fall through.I would recommend this estate agents to all my family and friends. Well done, what a fab team you are.

GoogleI could not recommend Jamie, Dave, or James more highly. Our matter went on a long while but there wasn't one occasion when we were left wondering what was going on. They telephoned regularly with updates, chased solicitors and worked hard for us, with each knowing what was going on, so you could get responses from anyone if you had any questions. They were also very understanding, it can be a stressful time but they really made us feel that it wasn't about the sale, but what was best for us long term and that went a long way. I would not hesitate to make the chaps at Luff our first choice.

GoogleMy girlfriend and I purchased a relatively small 2 bedroom flat through Robert Luff (goring branch), the service I received from Jamie, Dave, and Jack made us feel as though we were buying the most expensive property on the books, no problem was too small or phone call too late in the day! I’ve always believed the estate agent is a dying trade, but Jamie and the team have shown me that you can’t put a price on quality. If I ever come to sell my flat, my business will be going to this estate agent. Thank you Robert Luff Goring Alexander Mullins & Amy Trower

GoogleThese are the people you need to see if you want your house sold! From our initial meeting on our doorstep with Jack to (eventual!) completion the team, especially Dave, worked really hard to help us achieve our goal of moving to our 'forever home'! Our transaction was a real roller coaster - none of our hiccups can be attributed to Robert Luff. On the contrary Dave worked very hard, with his colleagues, to keep our spirits up, and get our transaction back on track. His knowledge, optimism and humour encouraged us to stick it out and as a result I type this now from the lounge of our 'forever home'. Thank you.

GoogleVery friendly staff, specially Dave, he has helped us both with buying and selling property. Always available to answer your call even out of hours. He has recommended us solicitor, mortgage advicer and i have got nothing against them. They were perfect to us. I do recommend this friendly chap Dave, who has helped and adviced us in many aspects of purchasing our house. Thanks to all the staff in goring branch, we had no difficulties in selling our property. There were always helpful and behaved very friendly. Thanks Guys.

GoogleWe didn’t actually use Robert Luff to sell our property, they were infact selling the house we were moving into (through the Goring branch). Despite this they were incredibly helpful and treated us as if we were a paying client, no question was ever too much trouble. They were also reassuring through what can be a very stressful time. Most importantly they were honest through the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
