GoogleHave had a fantastic experience letting from Robert Luff & Co. All the staff are so helpful and friendly, especially Emma Hyam (Lettings Manager) who can't do enough for you and always has a smile whenever you see her. Paperwork in and out was speedily processed. Would be happy to let/buy with them again, if the opportunity arose. Thanks again x 🙂👍

GoogleSuperb service and it was great to work with a very professional team at Robert Luff. I have to particularly mention Emma who did a great job in helping us to move quickly which was seamless and easy, and she really went the extra mile. I would highly recommend without hesitation.

GoogleMy ex wife instructed 3 other local agents before I asked her to approach Luffs. Luke Mills was excellent from the start, he was diplomatic, and the calls and emails were frequent through out the sale. There were issues during the sale from the other parties, but Luke kept us in the loop, and offered guidance. Would I use Luffs again, with out a doubt. Many thanks Luke.

GoogleWould recommend Robert Luff as selling agents. I chose them as sole selling agents from a selection of 5 other well known Worthing agents and made the right choice. Luke Mills and Mike Jones have efficiently managed a quick sale. Good communication and help offered throughout when requested. Pleasant to deal with at all times.

GoogleWe cannot praise the service and professionalism enough that Adam, Richard and Mark provided to myself and my parents in selling both our houses. Nothing was to much trouble and communication was outstanding! Adam went above and beyond the call of duty in caring for us and made both of our sales and purchase so much easier during stressful times. Working tirelessly to ensure everybody in the chain is communicating with each other and on the same page! Not forgetting they sold my Mum's house within 8 hrs and ours within 10 days! Thank you for all your hard work and wish you all at Robert Luffe the best for the future! David H

GoogleThe Worthing town centre team of Robert Luffs are to be highly recommended. The agents were always cheerful, excellent communicators, proactive, and quick to respond with informed advice from the marketing of the property to completion. I found that I could rely upon their professionalism from start to finish and they did not let me down.

GoogleI swapped to using Robert Luff because of a terrible service I had with a different Worthing agent. I can honestly say that Robert Luff went the extra mile to make their service excellent. Their first class support made the process of moving house so much easier. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a trustworthy and hard working Estate Agent.

GoogleHighly recommended!! I put my flat on the market while it was still tenanted and the lettings department worked in conjunction with the sales department who sent many viewers giving me email notifications including the viewers’ names every time a viewing was planned which enabled me to log their progress, without any interference from me. My lovely tenants moved out on time and once the sale went through and during the legal process, and the crew at Robert Luff were always ahead of the game, resulting in the sale going through seamlessly. Thank you Richard and the rest of the team.

GoogleI brought my first flat through Robert Luff's and was happy with the service so sold it a few years later through them too. From start to exchange they have been excellent, they answered all questions and seems to always be working (even on weekends!) ! Mike was great in marketing my property and Adam, Luke and Richard who dealt with me through to the end were very professional and hard working. Very fairly priced for the service provided, I can't see why people use the likes of purple bricks when the human element is so vital through the journey of selling/ buying your properties. Robert Luff for me comes highly recommended

GoogleWe have recently sold and bought property from Robert Luffs, dealing with both the Worthing and Goring branches. So many estate agents to choose from but definitely made the right choice and they will have a customer for life now. Would highly recommend you to use the 'Luff Group' . Professional, courteous, helpful and really knowledgeable with great communication throughout the whole process. They must employ a good dentist as they all have beautiful smiles each time we see the team, we are greeted with beaming pearly whites!. We've had a great experience, the team at both branches genuinely care about what they do and are damn good. First class service the whole way through, 100% thumbs up and a big thank you to all of the teams. G and R Gibbens
