GoogleRobert Luff sold my house for £50K more than a rival firm wanted to market it for. How? This fantastic team of lovely professional people did everything right. They understood that location was my home's best asset and included drone footage for free to show off the lovely surroundings. The photographer took great pictures and the property's details were written clearly and correctly. For me, more important than any of that was knowing that I was dealing with decent people. James, Natalie and Rob are efficient, caring people who were made the whole experience of buying and selling as painless as possible. I was lucky enough to buy my new home via Robert Luff too. And when the buyer of my previous property needed to sell her home she also chose Robert Luff, which simplified and sped up the process. I recommend Robert Luff highly, particularly after being put off by a pushy estate agent previously.

GoogleThe best and more efficient estate agent in Brighton and Hove. My fiancé and I were looking for a property for our first time buy and Heb Bailey and the team found us the perfect apartment. We weren't through A LOT of agencies and A LOT of visits but those guys seem to actually care more and find us our first flat pretty much straight away. Not only that but they helped us through the entire process: being first time buyers we were so inexperienced in purchasing a property and the guys went the extra miles to help us with solicitors recommendations, surveys, all the steps on buying a house and were always there when we needed access to the property for surveyors and others. They responded to all our questions within hours and never hesitated to help. I say it again the best estate agent in Brighton and Hove, ppl who actually care! They worked tirelessly and persistently to enable our move date to happen when everyone else would have given up.
