The team at the Lancing Branch were extraordinary through every stage of my sale and purchase!! Thanks especially to James, Natalie and Rob Newman for making everything proceed as smoothly as possible, in fact they went above and beyond, during a very trying time. Professional, yet friendly and personable, I would highly recommend using the team. Without their guidance and experience I think I would have had a meltdown, they certainly took the stress off of my shoulders. They were brilliant at securing viewings for my property and for the type of property I desired. They were always punctual, polite and friendly when conducting viewings. The communication between ourselves was fantastic, keeping me up to date about my sale and properties on the market. They found the property I desired in next to no time and made sure the sale proceeded with ease. I would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you guys SOO much for all your efficiency, patience, understanding and nurturing.

I am writing this disappointing feedback, maybe the agency will be more careful in the future about their agents when they send them to meet potential customers for viewings. Before the New Year, I found a propwrty for rent that looked spectacularly beautiful, with a pool, garage, good location, etc. Of course, at the market price. The description of the house mentioned "RECENTLY REDESIGNED". We applied for a viewing, but no one contacted us for 2 days, so we called the agency and arranged the viewing for January 7th. On the day of the viewing, someone from the agency called us to confirm the meeting once again and we were told that we would meet their manager at the property. We arrived at the street with the property and there was the first shock seeing that it was an unpaved and full of potholes access road. One of our cars is an Mercedes A45s AMG Sport, a low car. It was the ideal house, we could get over that because it was not the car I drive every day. We arrived 5 minutes early, the agent was almost 10 minutes late after the scheduled time. We were parked in the driveway waiting. Finally the manager appears and walks past us very quickly without making any contact or at least acknowledge our presence. Again, another red flag, when you try to rent a property for over £3000/month. We got out of the car and heading towards him, we looked at each other (my husband and I) because we didn't know what was happening. We didn't receive any welcome, he didn't apologize for being late, nothing! The manager was struggling to find the right key to unlock the door and with his back to us, he greeted us. Lacking manners and politeness, he finally invited us inside. During all this time, we could see that the gutters of the house (on the street) were loose in places and it was very clear how rainwater was seeping into the walls because they were damp and green, inside there was a very old smell of mould (if you know the smell of old books), walls full of mold, unpainted, the windows of the conservatory were fogged up between the two glasses, the backyard with the pool seemed effectively abandoned, unkempt. After these images, it made no sense to continue viewing and we told the manager that it was not “RECENTLY REDECORATED” at all and that that house was clearly not ready for rent. Of course, having no arguments, he told us that he would contact us the same day to show us other properties he has in his portfolio. Something that has never happened. We were not contacted, we did not receive any email, we did not receive any excuse that that house did not look anything like the pictures and that it did not look “RECENTLY REDECORATED”. I also noticed the manager's style of dress, with a corner of his shirt sticking out of his trousers, a linty jumper over it, a sports jacket and worn-out shoes. This is how the manager of an agency was dressed when he came to meet potential customers for renting a property of that kind. For those interested, it refers to the property on Mill Lane, in Worthing.

GoogleI would completely recommend Dave and the team at Robert Luff Goring. When I needed to sell mum's house they were totally understanding and compassionate in how they dealt with the situation. They were efficient and professional throughout the whole process and nothing was too much trouble for them. The house sold within the first week of going on the market. I had absolutely no idea of the selling process and they guided me through everything step by step and kept me up to date with all that was happening and what we needed to do. They made the really difficult situation that I was having to deal with so much more straightforward and so much less stressful than I thought it would be. I'd 100% recommend them without any hesitation.

GoogleRobert Luff & Co in Worthing were recommended to us when selling our late Uncles home. The service we received, from the I initial phone call through to completion, was first class. The valuation was carried out with sensitivity and at time that suited us. All communication with the Worthing office, be it by telephone or e mail was professional, timely and friendly. Max was our main point of contact and he was absolutely brilliant. If he said he was going to do something, he did! He liaised with our buyers and both Solicitors and chased when necessary making the selling process stress free. We would not hesitate to recommend Robert Luff & Co

Heb has gone above & beyond throughout the process, and got us multiple offers within days of the property going online. He's been great at communicating, accommodating any questions and guiding from listing to completion. I'd highly recommend him and the Hove branch to anyone looking to sell their property.

They were superb at selling our house and we are truly over the moon, with the service and full dedication that they gave us. GoogleIf you are looking for an estate agent with the best service in Goring, you would be wise to choose Robert Luff, Goring and ask for Dave King. You could make no better choice. I recommend them unreservedly. When, as executors of my beloved aunt's estate, we had to sell her bungalow in Goring we knew we had to choose the best estate agent in the area because we live in Canada, are completely unfamiliar with property sales in the UK and would have to rely on a company that would be willing to go the extra mile to assist us. I met and interviewed several agents including Dave King from Robert Luff. I was very impressed by his polite, friendly but respectful manner, thorough tour of the bungalow, in depth knowledge of the area and vast experience. Because my husband, a lawyer, was in Canada, he 'met' Dave via zoom so he had to jump through several hoops before we selected Robert Luff. Once the bungalow was on the market I received emails from Dave and Jamie Bryant every time they did a showing and a prompt, thorough report after the event. Their advice was invaluable. When it sold we were part of a four property chain that caused some problems and prolonged the process. Dave kept us up to date with the issues that were slowing down completion. He was also proactive in informing our solicitors. During that time British Gas wanted access to the bungalow and because of the Sale sign contacted Luff's for assistance in access. Dave did not hesitate to volunteer his time to facilitate this request. There were other, too numerous to mention, occasions when Dave went above and beyond what one would reasonably expect from an estate agent. The responsibility of selling a property while living 3,000 miles away is potentially very stressful. Dave took on that stress. We knew we could rely on him and that is no small thing. When Dave was on holiday Jamie stepped in and met with us during our final clearance of the bungalow. Selling the property of a loved one who has died is emotionally difficult. We had 30 years of happy holiday memories attached to the bungalow and saying goodbye to it was part of my loss of my aunt. Dave 'got' this. It wasn't just about the sale with him. He cared about how we felt during the sale. I can only imagine how awful this process would have been without Dave as our agent.

GoogleEstate agents are rarely popular and often get a bad press. But there are exceptions who can win hard- earned praise. One such is Phil Bennett, director at Brighton agent Robert Luff. “Big Phil” has helped us navigate through a truly dreadful period for home buyers and sellers. It began with the death of the late Queen Elizabeth 11, continued through Covid and teetered on to the economic maelstrom caused by Liz Truss. Even now, the UK economy, including the housing market, is still in the doldrums. But Hark, The Herald Angels are starting to Sing. Homes are selling. Smiles are beginning to form on the faces of the Property Prolateriat. And it’s thanks to agents such as “Big Phil” who suck up the pressure from buyers and sellers like a human sponge. If ever the sobriquet “Keep Calm, And Carry On” applied to anyone, it’s Mr Bennett, aided and abetted by his enthusiastic wingman Charlie. Thanks for a professional, cool and thorough job throughout. I had trouble getting straight answers out of my solicitor but Heb was always on hand to offer advice and lend a hand. He made what can be a stressful process that much easier.
