GoogleHeb and the team at Robert Luff were excellent from the very start of our house sale process, right up to moving day. Always helpful, regular communication and answered all of our questions. Would recommend

GoogleI want to publicly say a huge thank you to Jamie and his team for truly outstanding service on their handling of the sale of my late mother's property. Jamie made it abundantly clear from our initial meeting that he wanted to be appointed to sell the house and his engaging personality , great humour twinned with his enthusiasm and breath of knowledge of the local market made it an easy choice to engage Robert Luff. Jamie as agreed organised a superb presentation of the house, which sold two days after going on the market, quite remarkable. I was kept fully informed by Jamie of the progress of the sale, any issues were quickly communicated and swiftly dealt with. I always felt that I was in safe hands, there was no stress. I would recommend Jamie and Robert Luff without hesitation, they were just superb.

GoogleHeb was amazing in finding a new family to live in what was our childhood home. With Probate involved I was expecting it to very tricky but he worked with solicitors, the buyers and us the sellers all throughout the process. I can’t thank him enough for how he dealt with us at what was a sensitive sale. I’d highly recommend them at Robert Luff to anyone I know. 10/10

GoogleOn initial valuation the team were extremely kind and passionate about our house. They listened to everything we had improved and made sure to emphasise this on viewings. It was refreshing to have an agency so dedicated and knowledgeable about a property they are selling. Due to failed onward purchases etc it took a bit longer to sell, they never gave up and even helped us find an amazing property. If you are looking to sell I would recommend them, they are all very knowledgeable in their field and when viewings take place I would recommend Jane to hold them as she could sell sand to the desert! They are great and once we have finished renovating our new home we will have them back to value just in case we fancy another go around. Thank you so much to Luke, Harvey, Jane, Jade, Dom, Max, Jack and all of the team who stuck with us!

GoogleExcellent Estate Agents. My recent experience with Estate and letting agents hasnt been great at all but Dave and Robert Luff have changed that. Firstly Dave was very knowledgeabke about the property he showed us. He was able to offer good advice without pushing an agenda. After we had an offer accepted on a house he and the whole team has been incredibly helpful in helping us navigate the process and has done it all in a very professional and friendly manner. The people we have bought the house off have also told us how great they have been. I would go to them first every time. Dan

GoogleWhat a wonderful organization. From Charlie who first showed us the property, to everybody I spoke with on the telephone - and Heb who was extremely efficient, prompt and kind throughout what was a bit of a complex situation. Highly recommend the Hove organization and wish them continued success.

Never responds to any complaints. Properties are always a mess and they will rip you off. Keep a close eye on your deposit. They aim to claim that too. Remember the Property Ombudsman will always help

GooglePhil at Robert Luff & Co has been fantastic. It took over a year to sell my property, and if I had stayed with my original estate agents, I wouldn't have come close to achieving the asking price I wanted. Phil was always attentive, promptly addressing questions and handling all parties involved. He consistently checked in and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Thank you so much to Phil and the team at Robert Luff & Co

Absolutely Amazing Service! David at Robert Luff & Co Goring was extremely helpful, consistently staying in contact with us and keeping us updated and chasing for updates. We went through some frustrations in other areas of buying our property but David was a constant help. We felt well looked after and once the exchange went through, we were all ecstatic. Can't recommend the branch and in particular, David, enough.

GoogleRobert Luff have been amazing. It has taken over a year to sell my house and buy another one. Had I stayed with my original Estate Agents this would not have happened. I am so glad that I contacted Robert Luff. Phil has been amazing, any queries, rants or questions and he is there at the end of an email answering them for me and calming me down. Thank you so much to Phil, and Charlie. This is from Joan Smith
