GoogleAbsolutely brilliant from start to finish. I bought apartment/shared ownership. Agent who did viewing was professional, polite and had very good manners. Then Phil, Director, took over. Phil was great, prompt responses, called when needed, he was always up to date with all the information/stages, chased broker/solicitors up, negotiated between buyer/seller. Phil even helped to organise things that were not really his responsibility. Things like WiFi in the flat/buying and selling kitchen equipment/curtains. Absolutely amazing.
