GoogleWe were delighted with the service of Craig and the Oxted team in selling our late mother’s property. The drone footage was amazing; the viewings and Buyer negotiations all handled perfectly; and the use of Whatsapp to aide communication between 2 Executors, the team at Robert Leech and our Solicitor was an inspired idea. Having worked in the field of residential property for over 34 years, I have seen both good and bad estate agency… Robert Leech are outstanding.

GoogleBrooke Ellis and the rest of the lettings team has provided a highly professional and efficient service in relation to all aspects of finalising the tenancy and moving in to the flat. I have been really impressed by their straightforward, can do approach which has made the whole process as stress free as it could ever be. Brooke has been a pleasure to deal with and she or the lettings manager, Jonathan Bennett, has addressed all issues and requests immediately.

GoogleKerri Glassey makes all the difference for us when dealing with our house rental. Really feels like she is on our side and actively trying to chase thing up for us and trying to improve our living experience. It makes a big difference for tenants like us to have a reliable go to person like Kerri. We recently had a better shower system installed thanks to Kerri pushing for it having seen our situation and she was great at convincing the landlord. She is also great at getting back promptly and generally very nice to deal with. Thank you very much for your efforts Kerri! It is very much appreciated.

GoogleHaving spoken to Craig, I find him to be very professional and he really takes the time to listen to what I am looking for moving forward to purchase my new home. In my experience, it's very important to have trust, honesty and great communication when dealing with an estate agent and Craig has proven this on many occasions.
