GoogleA 1st class service from Carol Scott and her colleagues at Robert Leech in Lingfield from start to finish. Carol was amazing - a total professional - proactive, helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Great knowledge of the local market. Highly recommend.

GoogleMy fiancee Samneet and I recently purchased a property at Oxted. Chrissie from the sales team did a fantastic job to expedite this and ensured a smooth completion before any stamp duty changes. Meanwhile the rental contract of the current property was about to expire, and there was a slight delay in completion, which left me in panic. Chrissie came up with a brilliant solution and redirected me to their letting team. Jonathan and Amy from the lettings team did a fantastic arrangement to help me renting within just 2 days, the quickest time around I have ever seen for renting. This saved me financially and relieved me from mental stress. Samneet and I are grateful to both the sales and lettings teams, particularly Chrissie, Jonathan and Amy for their continuous support throughout the process.
Hi Ratul, thank you for your review, I am so pleased that the team could you assist both with your purchase and your rental. Its great to receive reviews like this.

She was always there to advise when needed. The team at Robert Leech were professional including James, who advised me on the Value of the property and on marketing it, so thank to him. I would recommend this Estate to anyone who's thinking of selling a property.

GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on the sale of my son's flat. Craig conducted all the viewings for me as I was unable to be there. Jessica kept me updated on times of viewings and provided feedback and Emma was brilliant when we hit a tricky patch. She took things in hand immediately, made phone calls, reported back straightaway and even offered her son's services when our removal company had booked out our preferred date. Her son was kind enough to get back to me very quickly too with an offer of help. We are very appreciative of the whole team and would happily recommend their services.
We are so pleased that we could help you with the sale of your son's flat. Thanks for leaving such a great review.

GoogleThis is our second time selling with Robert Leech in Reigate....Emma and Craig were superb throughout the whole process. At one point, our sale had fallen through due to something raised on the survey, but due to the tenacity and determination of both we were able to work out a solution and get it back on track. There were many twists and turns in our chain/sale and it was never going to be an easy win, but they were with us all the way, A genuine well done and heartfelt thanks.
What a journey that was. We are so pleased that we finally got the sale across the line, we couldn't be happier that we were able to help.
