GoogleChrissie and her colleagues were so helpful and reassuring for our house purchase. When things felt rocky, they were the most secure place to turn for reassurance and dealing with issues as they arose for us. Chrissie's years of experience in the local housing market was exactly what we needed with remote conveyancers and various complications on our purchase. We would wholeheartedly recommend Robert Leech as they represented the vendors so well, and the team all picked up when Chrissie was not available. We are really pleased to finally be in our new home.
Thank you so much for the review, the Oxted team will be delighted with your kind words.

GoogleMy wife and I had the pleasure of dealing with Christine. We were first time buyers and it really helped that she was knowledgeable and patient. Christine really made a lot of effort to help everything run smoothly and make sure we completed within our time limit. We also appreciated the whole team helping anytime Christine was not available. Many thanks and all the best to Christine & the team!

GoogleWe recently experienced disappointingly poor customer service from Robert Leech’s Lingfield Branch. This was not what we were expecting from this reputable company at all. Having resisted their attempts to market the property at a much lower price because of Right Move’s search criteria, an offer for the full asking price was received within days of the property going on the market, in spite of poor quality photography and uninspiring marketing copy. For someone who had not sold for many years there was no guidance on next steps and very poor communication throughout, which made the entire process unnecessarily stressful. When we did hear from them, the focus was always on the buyer despite us being the customer. Whilst we hope others have a better experience, based on ours, we would not recommend this Branch.
Dear Sue, I am so sorry that your experience with our Lingfield team did not meet with your expectations. We always strive to provide the highest level of service and apologise that we have fallen short on this occasion. Thank you for your feedback - I will review the issues you’ve raised with our Lingfield team regarding the copy and photos and make sure we endeavour to do better in the future. If you would like to discuss your experience further, I would very much like to know how we could have better supported you. Thank you again for your feedback. Many thanks Charlotte 01737 246246

GoogleWe had a purchase and a sale through the Lingfield branch. Both Christine and Carol were very professional and great to work with particularly in overcoming some of the issues around our sale that held things up somewhat. We will definitely use them again if and when we decide to move. James was also very helpful when he was required to assist.

GoogleThe service provided by Robert Leech, as property buyers, was excellent throughout. From the point of contact, through to the presentation and subsequent viewing of the property, including the process of providing offers together with an outline of the overall conveyancing process and timescale, was professionally and expertly explained, planned and implemented. The process of arranging and accompanying viewings, as part of the purchase process, through to the contract completion of the property, was handled with due care and diligence to us as buyers, to ensure that there was continuity of communication with all parties including the solicitors for both parties. The service provided by the team at Robert Leech, Lingfield, specifically Christine Taylor as lead negotiator along with her wider colleagues, ensured that the purchasing process went as smoothly as possible and any queries raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently right through until completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Robert Leech to other potential buyers; or sellers, and would use their services again in the event that we would need to either purchase or sell another property.
Dear David, Thank you so much for leaving such a comprehensive review. Many thanks
