GoogleI have been a landlord with Robert Leech for 4 years now and the service went up a level last year. In between the flat being let we had our tanks burst causing considerable damage. Jonathan was on site that day and helped arranged emergency repairs and also updating the property for the repairs. Jan 24 and the repairs have been completed with their recommended tradespeople and found a new tenant in 4 days of the property being live.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleHave been dealing with Emma at Robert Leech Reigate for a recent house purchase, and her help and communication throughout has been excellent. Very quick to respond, especially on email, which is extremely helpful when trying to deal with things in and around work when phonecalls are sometimes difficult. Also very much appreciate the lack of upselling of additional services such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers etc which stands in marked contrast to the tortuous practices of some other estate agents. From a buyer's perspective it leaves a very good impression.
Thank you Adam for your kind words, we are so pleased we could help with your transaction.

GoogleI wanted to express my appreciation for your prompt and efficient handling of the moth issue in our property. It's impressive how Kerri took over from Molly and swiftly addressed the matter, ensuring that it was resolved in a short span of time. Kerri's quick response and effective communication have been instrumental in bringing about this positive outcome. It's reassuring to know that our concerns are being attended to with such professionalism. Thank you once again for your dedication to resolving the matter. Your efforts are greatly valued. Best regards, Autman

GoogleWe were delighted with the service of Craig and the Oxted team in selling our late mother’s property. The drone footage was amazing; the viewings and Buyer negotiations all handled perfectly; and the use of Whatsapp to aide communication between 2 Executors, the team at Robert Leech and our Solicitor was an inspired idea. Having worked in the field of residential property for over 34 years, I have seen both good and bad estate agency… Robert Leech are outstanding.

GoogleThanks so much to Amanda and Emma who have been outstanding at managing the process from marketing, to progression to completion of sale in a complex process. You have been approachable, communicative and human throughout what was a stressful sale and I cannot thank you both enough.

GoogleEmma has been absolutely fantastic! She was supportive throughout our whole process, and even helped us to make an offer on her day off. She was quick to respond to queries and we felt looked after as buyers (even though Emma was acting on the seller's behalf).

GoogleThis was my second dealing with Robert Leach after I having now sold the property that I purchased through them 4 years ago. Once again the service has been brilliant, especially from Chrissie who has helped to get everything through no matter the issues that I have had with other parties. I can’t recommend them highly enough and thank them for all of their hard work and persistence.

GoogleWe really appreciate the effort that Kelly from Robert Leech has gone to in holding together a long and complicated chain situation. The transaction has been fraught with challenges (not of Robert Leech's making) that Kelly has worked tirelessly to communicate and overcome. We have no doubt that her polite but persistent approach has delivered us the house that we wanted so much. We are delighted and are happy to recommend Robert Leech to others.

GoogleWe recently sold our house in Warlingham with Robert Leech and received outstanding service. It took a total of 2.5 months from putting our home on the market to completion. Craig was professional, responsive and really listened to what our priorities were. The marketing was excellent and enabled us to launch with an open day, from which we received 5 offers and a seamless sale from a chain free buyer. Craig delivered exactly what he promised! Thank you!
