FacebookEnquired about a rental property on the first day it was listed. Told viewing wasn't possible due to Covid (not sure why when you can view houses for sale...) but would be told as soon as online viewing was available. Found out the house is now let as nobody ever contacted to let me know the tour was online. Excuse from the office was that too many people were interested to call them all. If that's the case, don't promise things you can't deliver. Further proof that we were right not to use Kendall's to sell our house too.

FacebookFirst people to view a house on Thursday late evening we was told by the vendor that they don’t have viewings until Saturday now. Estate agent got in touch with us Friday afternoon to tell us our offer had been accepted . we managed to get all our details within the same day which was Friday but we work full time so they closed before we managed to get it sent out . we was informed they would be in touch first thing on Saturday morning. However it came to Saturday morning 9am when they open we rang them 10 times before half ten and all they came up with was we can see your email is here but havnt had chance to open it . I believe this was a tactic to stall the offer so they could have more viewing on the Saturday . Absolutely diabolical service . All they care about is there commission and not about shattering peoples dreams . I’m sure if the vendor knew this they wouldn’t be happy what so ever . Just a shame I didn’t get the vendors number .

FacebookWe've bought, sold and rented 5 or 6 properties over many years with Richard Kendall and we have never had cause to question their commitment, service or professionalism. Our latest sale was managed by Liz Cooke who was an absolute star. Despite a very challenging time due to delays because of covid, a long sale chain and some last minute curved balls Liz was a true professional and a great person to have on the end of the phone from the start right through to completion. Many thanks for a great service.

GoogleHad a lovely afternoon here. We had lunch, service was great staff were very polite. Couldn't fault the food. Spent some time in the beer garden which is great for the kids.

GoogleWe moved up from Kent to Middlestown and bought a property being sold at Richard Kendall in Ossett. Mandy Bennett was the sales progression and she was brilliant. So pleasant to speak to, professional, courteous and funny. A pleasure to receive updates. She did a lot of donkey work up and down the chain. In the unlikely event we sell again, I would definitely use this estate agents
