Karen Marijewko kept us updated on a daily basis. Karen was the link between us (seller) and the buyer. Karen followed things up from our solicitor. Everything was done by telephone calls and emails. I can highly recommend, we choose Richard Kendall as we have used them previously. We had to go and sign some papers in the Wakefield office, where we were introduced to our sales co ordinator;- Karen Marijewko. I really liked having a point of call. Karen was professional throughout, without fail I got a two weekly phone call and email, with Karen giving me updates. My house was up for sale for nearly a year, after all that time, Karen felt like a phone friend, she was always friendly, offering advice when needed. Making me laugh and keeping me calm. Once the house was sold Karen was very efficient chasing solicitors for me. If I needed something getting done, Karen was the lady to go to! Thank you for all your help Karen.

Selling my mums lease hold property in Sept 2026. Karen Marijewko from the Wakefield branch gave exceptional service to me when I was selling my mum's property. My mum has Alziemers and is in a carehome & I was selling her leasehold property as POA. This was a very challenging leasehold sale but Karen kept me up to date & always went the extra mile liaising with myself, the buyer & solicitors at times. I have no hesitation recommending Karen & thank her for being so professional & efficient. We knew that buying our first home would be stressful and to be honest, we didn't have very high expectations for solicitors, estate agents and mortgage advisors. However, our estate agent Karen Marijewko proved me completely wrong and was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. As well as being speedy with replies and forwarding information to the relevant person, she also gave us weekly updates to give us peace of mind. Even if there was no update, it was nice to be kept in the loop. Overall, it was a very positive experience using Richard Kendall and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone moving house!

My experience with Richard Kendall was more positive than negative. I worked mainly with a lady called Karen Marijewko. She was excellent, can't fault her at all. She was kind, kept us updated and seemed genuinely interested in our lives outside the sale, frequently asking me about my newborn. Which was nice. Karen gets 5 stars, Richard Kendall in general get 4 stars and they would have gotten 5 apart from one detail. When buying the property, we noticed on the viewings that the garage door was damaged. We therefore asked for this to be repaired before we submitted our offer. This caused a disagreement with the occupier who said she "explicitly stated" in the house details through Richard Kendall that the garage was damaged beyond repair and it would not be repaired before a new occupant moved in. However we searched through the brochure and the advert on Richard Kendall's website, rightmove and Zoopla, no where did it mention this about the garage which caused an unnecessary argument and disagreement which nearly made the sale fall through. That's my only gripe with Richard Kendall. Other than that, they were pretty much perfect.

GoogleCan't fault them, thank you so much for selling our first house. It sold in 2 weeks at asking price! From the first day David came round to do the valuation I knew I was going to use Richard Kendall. We mainly dealt with Miranda during the house sale and she kept us updated on everything, even when I missed a lot of the calls (oops) she would always leave a voicemail. If we needed to ring them for anything we always got straight through to them too. Thank you so much 😊
