GoogleI have just exchanged contracts after buying a house from Richard Kendal. The experience was faultless Karen & her team did a Stirling job very professional, & reliable. Karen went the extra mile for us always kept us in the loop with progress updates more than our Solicitor infact. Sending you a big fat Thankyou for all your hard work much appreciated. When the time comes to Sell which won't be for a long while yet. I will surely use them with a doubt.

Sarah has dealt with our sale with the upmost professionalism and efficiency guiding us all the way from the viewings to the exchange of contracts. It’s been the most stress free house sale I have dealt with and I would definitely use their services again.

Amanda, Joanne and Lucy were fantastic from start finish. They helped with both the sale of my property and my new purchase. The purchase of my property was very difficult and stressful but Amanda, Joanne and Lucy took all the pressure of me and liaised with other agents so I didn't have to. I feel the staff at Richard Kendalls were instrumental in ensuring my sale and purchase went through. I cannot reccomend Richard Kendalls enough.
