Great service from Kendalls through the process. The staff at the Ossett branch were very friendly, helpful and kept me informed of what was going on during a stressful time. Donna and Suzanne in particular were amazing and went above and beyond to reassure me and keep pushing the process along.

FacebookSo many negatives but let me share my experience as it as been nothing but great. park row couldn't spell kitchen when we used them and the sales listing was appauling. we called Richard kendall and they re valued and listed our property very quick for a better fee and it sold in less than a week great from start to finish so much so that we are using them again to list our current house fantastic again they understand the property and what we have done and we no they will do a great job again. Thanks

As we were moving abroad, we first rented and then sold our house through Richard Kendall. Got very professional service from them, especially Lucy and Alison (in the sales team) and Amy (in the lettings team) who we were dealing with directly. Each viewing was followed up for feedback (which wasn't our experience with the previous estate agents who were marketing our house). All viewings were done accompanied by a member of Richard Kendall's team as per our request. It would have been nice if this was the same person each time as sometimes, the person was totally new to the house, hence not in the best position to highlight the strengths of the property.Overall, a well rounded experience.

I cannot recommend Sarah Longdan enough, her persistent and communication was key for me and the seller, we communicated through Sarah as our solicitors were both non responsive at time, it was frustrating for us as it was taking over 5mths to buying my property. Most emails were replayed straight away, I was never left waiting long. Brilliant service from beginning to nearly end!!

Karen Marijewko has been superb with dealing with a long, complicated and at times stressful sale of my late mothers property. Karen has kept me updated regularly and acted as a much needed go between with both the buyer’s and solicitors. I was kept informed of viewings and received feedback from each, my calls and emails were answered quickly and professionally. All in all very good though glad it’s all over now! Richard Kendall where the estate agents acting on the purchase property. (JAM) The individuals involved persistantly tried to jeprodise my Sale which was going through with another Estate Agent, advising my buyer to pull out.. meaning the whole chain would of fell through and their Clients sale would of also fell through as we would of been unable to purchase. Very unprofessional and worrying, would not use.
