TrustpilotCatherine and Shireen were excellent…
Catherine and Shireen were excellent and a calming influence in what turned out to be quite a long process through no fault of RK estate agents. Whilst I hope I do not need to deal with an estate agent again having found our retirement forever home I would recommend them to anyone planning a move

TrustpilotRefreshingly good, honest and professional service
Mandy and her colleagues at Richard Kendall have recently dealt with sale of a property for me. I cannot thank them or recommend them highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, tenacious and a pleasure to deal with. Mandy was on top of the full transaction chain at all times and ensured everyone was kept informed, and gently pushed when necessary.
Thank you for the review

I recently bought a property through Richard Kendall Estate Agents in Normanton. The process was straight forward and Karen Dawson ensured that both myself and the vendor were updated continuously throughout the process. Would definitely recommend using this agent.

TrustpilotBig Thankyou to Liz Cooke
I cannot speak highly enough of Richard Kendall. Going back to when I originally contacted them to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in viewing, right through to the completion. The people working in the office have gone above and beyond, providing me with regular and ad hoc updates whenever I have requested them. I must make a special mention to Liz, who has provided myself and partner with an exceptional service from start to finish, going between ourselves, the seller, our solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get to the bottom of any queries. Thanks again for all the help with the purchase of our new property.

TrustpilotGreat Customer Support
Recently purchased a property through this company. I cannot thank the manager allocated to the sale and purchase enough for all her hard work getting my Solicitor to pull his finger out of the proverbial! Karen Marijewko, you are a legend. Thank you

TrustpilotOur first house
Although the process of buying our new house extended a bit more than we wanted, Amanda made sure to chase everyone and hurry them as much as she could so things get moving.

TrustpilotIt wasn’t ‘what’ made our experience…
It wasn’t ‘what’ made our experience great, it was ‘who’. Sarah was truly amazing, especially when the purchase looked as though it was doomed. She was the calm in our chaos & showed such care & dedication to our case. It wouldn’t have happened without her & we can’t thank her enough.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a lovely review for Sarah

TrustpilotKaren Marijewko was brilliant!
I had a great experience using Richard Kendall for when it came to selling my property. Karen Marijewko was fantastic throughout. Karen kept me up to date at each step throughout the sales process and as it was my first property sale, I had lots of questions. Karen was always on hand to answer questions and made it seem very easy and painless to complete on the sale. Thank you to Richard Kendall and thank you especially to Karen Marijewko! TrustpilotA great experience!
We just sold our house using Richard Kendall. We felt they offered a realistic and fair valuation as they know the WakefieldMarket so well. This helped us get a good amount of viewings and interest. Once we had an offer, Joanne and Amanda at the Wakefield office were really helpful, and kept us informed and made contact with the relevant people. We really appreciated this, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange and completion. It was the first time we had sold a property and appreciated the support at each step. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

Very helpful and efficient team at the Horbury Office. I dealt primarily with Amy who was always available to deal with queries and made sure the rental process was completed quickly.
