We recently sold my mother-in-laws house through Richard Kendall's office in Pontefract. The sale took quite a while to complete - approx 8 months for various reasons. Throughout the process Richard Kendall's kept us abreast of the work being involved in the sale of the house liaising with our solicitors as well as buyers solicitors and the buyers themselves. Each week we were provided with a update with discussions on progress and things to be done. Overall a pleasing experience with good sound support from Richard's team ...in particular Sarah. Thank you.

What a team Suzanne and Donna are, they kept me informed every week as to progress with the sale of my property. They chased the buyer, they chased their solicitor and mine, brilliant !
