GoogleI would like to give a very high recommendation for Richard Kendall's Estate Agents. They have been brilliant throughout the entire process of selling my house. I can't thank Mandy Bennett enough for her proactive and efficient approach to push the sale through. Speed was of the essence. She kept me informed every step of the way, chasing up any delays all along the chain and doing the job of three estate agents at once! She offered a personal touch with care and support for my circumstances and handled difficult situations and all negotiations well for all parties. My buyers agreed with me that Mandy Bennett had served us equally exceptionally well, offering the best service possible through to completion.

On both occasions I have dealt with Elizabeth Cooke who as well as being a genuinely lovely person has kept me informed every step of the way on both occasions. We had a a purchaser give backword quite a way into the process, but the staff at Richard Kendall were enthusiastic and patient and continued to market and promote the property until we eventually sold it at a price that was satisfactory for us.

We rented a house in Wakefield with Richard & Kendall Estate Agents for 16 months. The rental ended up in a Section 21 eviction notice. It was an unusual and a stressful situation for us, but we managed it with some professional help from the agency. The agency itself is well organised. Their employees are helpful, responsive and act quick when necessary. Overall, even though our tenancy ended in an unexpected manner, our experience with the company was positive. Hence 5 stars. I needed to deal with the Sale of my elderly Aunts property following her move into a Care Home.I cannot thank Karen Marijewko enough for the way she handled what turned out to be a time consuming and at times frustrating journey. Karen kept to her word and her regular updates kept me fully up to date from all parties involved. (duly passed on to my Aunt) she says she couldn't have done this without me .... But please be aware I definitely couldn't have done this without Karen, she truly is a credit to her profession.

Richard Kendall valued our house and they were our agents to sell our house.Karen was the lady dealing with the sale. She was excellent during the whole process and kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. She even let me know when she was going on holiday and called me as soon as she was back with more information. We could not go through the whole process of sale as we withdrew from sale because of changes in our circumstance. I would highly recommend the estate agent as a company, and would definitely recommend Karen as the representative to deal with any sales or purchases.

GoogleWe recently sold my mother-in-laws house through Richard Kendall's office in Pontefract. The sale took quite a while to complete - approx 8 months for various reasons. Throughout the process Richard Kendall's kept us abreast of the work being involved in the sale of the house liaising with our solicitors as well as buyers solicitors and the buyers themselves. Each week we were provided with a update with discussions on progress and things to be done. Overall a pleasing experience with good sound support from Richard's team ...in particular Sarah. Thank you.
