Fabulous service from start to finish!The valuation provided by David was very thorough and informative, and from that point the secretaries (Kirsty and Sophie) made sure the house was on the market quickly.Karen looked after my property and from her first vendor contact call she kept me updated the whole time, she provided me with suggestions on how best to market and sell the property and thanks to this within the month my property went from not on the market to sstc.The sales process can be a stressful life event but with the kindness and compassion shown by Karen, and the Wakefield office this sale has been made easy.

Karen Marijewko at Richard Kendall has been fantastic during the purchase of our house. She kept in contact continuously with weekly updates on the phone and emails with any extra progress. I have been able to ask any questions in relation to our purchase and she has helped in any way she can. Starting from our viewings all the way through to exchanging and completion, we have been really impressed and happy with the service from Richard Kendall and Karen in particular. If we need an estate agents in the future, Richard Kendall would be my first choice, cannot fault them at all!

I have been meaning to write a review for a while.We moved to Wakefield 10 years ago. We rented our house through the Horbury office. Always helpful and get back to you.Then we started looking for our 1st bought home 7 years ago. When viewing, Richard Kendall always get back to you. Other agents don't always. I would say 50/50. But Richard Kendall without fail. The buying process was smooth with them.When we came to sell, we didn't go anywhere else, because above all customer service is king. We didn't even compare prices as we knew we would go with then whatever. That is what a great brand does.Bought our 2nd house with them and Catherine, Lucie and especially Melanie were always helpful and understanding.Richard Kendall are not just a great estate agent. They are a great business with customer service at the heart. This is why they are so successful.Thanks.

From renting a house through Richard Kendall with the help from Kelly- to now buying the house. Amanda and Kelly really helped me and my partner through it all as it was the first time for both renting and buying! This is now the second house that I have sold via Richard Kendall and to be quite honest I wouldn't consider using anyone else.Yes there are cheaper agents around that make you pay upfront, take all your own photos, arrange your own viewings etc but in my experience moving house is stressful enough without having to do all that as well.With Richard Kendall you can be confident that they are doing their upmost everyday to market your property via there many different media platforms to get you those viewings.The beauty is that they don't charge until completion either so you know it's in their interest to do everything they can to make that sale.Always professional, quick to respond and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone.Amanda and all of the team at the Normanton office were brilliant!I don't plan on moving anywhere else just yet but if I do I will be straight on to Richard Kendall once again.Thanks guys.

Richard Kendall were marketing the property that we have recently purchased. Liz was looking after the sale and she kept me updated every step of the way with weekly calls. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently and her communication between ourselves and the vendor was excellent. I had more contact from her than I did from the estate agent who was marketing my property. I would recommend anyone using Richard Kendall to sell a property requests for Liz to handle the sale!

This is not the first time I have used Richard Kendall’s. Having moved plenty of times over the years I have always been so happy with the service I have received. The ladies looking after my property, Shireen and Catherine was amazing. They took care of everything for me, updating me with what was next at every stage. I cannot rave about this estate agent enough. I hopefully have found my forever home now, but highly recommend to anyone looking to move home.

GoogleI'd like to share my wonderful experience with Jessica Judd at Richard Kendall. From start to finish, Jessica made our renting process incredibly smooth. We trully appreciate Jessica's professionalism and clear communication. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had, and her attention to detail ensured that everything was taken care of efficiently. She was extremly helpfull in getting all details negotianted with a landlord. Jessica was not only highly competent, but she also had a friendly approach. Her dedication to providing excellent service made all the difference in our renting experience. If you're looking for someone reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable to assist you with your rental needs, I can't recommend Jessica more.
