We just completed on the purchase of our bungalow with Richard Kendall. It took longer than we expected but Karen Marijewko kept us updated every step of the way phoning and emailing every week. Our experience of the service provided by Karen Marijewko and Richard Kendall was excellent, questions were always answered and if we left a message we were always called back and in these days thats pretty good service.

We have just completed on our first home from Richard Kendall. Karen Marijewko was a delight to deal with all the way through and kept us sane when we were worrying about the solicitors! She was friendly, helpful, reassuring and just a general joy to have on the other end of the phone. Thank you Karen! Overall when it came to viewings (we viewed 2 properties with Richard Kendall) it would have been beneficial if the people who show you round know more about the property - they are just there to open/close, whereas we would have liked someone who knew more about the property and could answer our questions there and then without us having to contact the office, seemed a bit of a strange way to do it but overall a good experience and we love our new home. Thanks again Karen for all your help.

Absolutely shocking service. I bought a house with them and sold my house using them too. Lucy from the ossett branch called me twice with updates during the whole process. Everytime you called she was “away from her desk” and would call you back. She never did. They need to employ better staff who actually care. I think Lucy was the office manager too so you’d think she’d set an example. Don’t use them. They will over value your house it won’t sell then you have to reduce it. Why not give an accurate price originally. Shocking service.

She went out of her way to communicate effectively with all parties involved, quick and efficiently. She was always available and a pleasure to talk to in the long process it took. We purchased our new house through Richard Kendall, and we were thoroughly impressed with the service provided by Elizabeth Cooke (Liz). She was friendly and informative throughout the entire process. Liz ensured regular communication to keep us updated on the progress of the sale, and answered any queries promptly which was greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. However, we do have some constructive feedback for the viewing team. During our visits to a couple of previous properties, we found that the team showing us around lacked knowledge about the properties they were showing. While we didn't expect a hard sell, it would have been beneficial for the agents to provide basic information about the properties to aid our decision-making process and not just to be there to open the door to let you in essentially.

GoogleUsed Richard Kendalls for my property sale and had Lucy who was professional and a great communicator throughout. Despite some challenges with selling due to difficult market, Lucy was proactive with ideas as to how to help the sale and I appreciated her honesty throughout the process. GoogleEDIT - The truth is in countdown www.richardkendall.agency If you want to be fobbed off, verbally talked down to and even experience attempts of extortion all whilst trying to live in a house that you pay a lot of money each month for then Richard Kendall estate agents along with staff Carol Roger’s, Allanah Kelly, Isaac Brocklehurst along with landlords Zosimo and Anne Kathleen Vietes are exactly who you need. Slow and ignored repairs. House full of mould and damp. Report withheld. Move an adult son in which is allowed by the tenancy agreement and they start trying to extort you and only stop with a legal demand to stop. When house condition is so bad you demand rectification they issue a retaliatory Section 21 notice. Now having to have property inspected by council and independent damp people. Then when trying to oblige their illegal section 21 they block you viewing other property. I am not a nut job I have rented for over 20 years in 5 properties (this is my sixth). I have never, ever experienced such malpractice by an agent as I am now. What’s worse is they have got themselves in a position where they won’t reach out for remedy and are digging the hole deeper and deeper. Still waiting on the handy man Allanah. Bedroom 2 now the living room it’s so bad and no lounge. But. I will keep paying the rent
