Selling my house through Richard Kendall was a great move. Amanda at the Pontefract office was there for me every step of the way. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to handle my sale. She did a fantastic job with the communication between me and the buyer and always pushed the solicitors for updates. My sale wasn’t as straight forward as any of us had hoped but Amanda didn’t let that phase her. Her professional and friendly support continued though-out the whole process. I’d highly recommend Richard Kendall.

I always spoke to the same person who knew the progress or challenges that we came across. I didn't have to repeat myself because I had Mandy who was always keen to help and get things moving. Mandy made this experience great, by being patient and keeping me updated on everything as it was happening. Mandy always informed me of progress and when I went to collect the keys for the house I purchased, Mandy gave me a lovely welcome gift that Richard Kendal give to buyers and this was also a lovely touch. It's been smooth and timely from offer to completion, I would recommend Richard kendal to anyone.

Horrible company ,, complete unprofessional and rude ..Booked a viewing for a house in Ossett for 10.30 on 01/06,, no agent showed up to show us around .. ( even though we had rung a second time to confirm the booking ) .. rand Kendal’s up to see what was going on and was diverted to the Huddersfield office and they claimed they had no details for our viewing ..They then then re booked us in for a viewing on 08/06 at 10.45 ..We then received a call on 04/06 telling us they were cancelling the booking as they had had enough people that had already viewed the house and would be doing no more viewings ..No apologies for driving and hour from Manchester on the Saturday morning for nothing , no apologies for totally wasting our time ..

GoogleI sold my house and purchased a new one through Richard Kendall between Jan and May this year. The service was very good on both sides, but I must compliment Mandy, who managed my purchase. Throughout the whole process, which had its tricky moments, Mandy was polite, professional and - perhaps most importantly for me - a source of constant positivity and calm reassurance. She was communicative, proactive and provided a fantastic bridge to the vendor. Thank you Mandy, you are a star!

GoogleIt’s been a first time experienced for myself in the rental of a new place via Richard Kendall’s at a local branch at Horbury in Wakefield, which was quite a process due to all the checks required by a third party. Jessica Judd who I dealt with was very professional, polite, efficient, friendly and helpful during this process. I was really pleased that Jessica also pushed to get everything into place before I went away on holiday, taking away any anxiety about having a property to move into on my return to the UK. Jessica is a real credit to her company and would definitely use the services of Richard Kendall again in the future.

We recently completed the purchase of our new home with Amanda at Richard Kendall. It was a really lengthy and stressful process due to our buyers pulling out at the very last minute and causing us significant delays in the chain, but Amanda held everything together at her end to ensure we were able to keep our dream home and not loose it. She was fantastic at keeping us updated, and also chasing solicitors when needed as we all know they dont rush. I would highly recommend Amanda, thank you so much again x
