We recently purchased through Richard Kendall, and are very grateful to have had such support and friendly staff to talk to throughout the process. They helped us immensely despite working with truly terrible solicitors on our end, being friendly and approachable, whether in person in Wakefield, on the phone, or via email. They happily passed and received messages on behalf of ourselves and the seller, and never once made us feel unwelcome when doing so. We mainly dealt with Karen, who was proactive and helpful throughout our very long purchase. I could not recommend using Richard Kendall enough and hope to have the pleasure of doing so myself in the future.

When I saw my actual flat I call then was weekend still they call me back to book a view. I saw one Sunday loads of views but the process was quiet fast from pré aplication to checks maybe around 2 weeks. Rude Staff

Don’t bother trying to ring and change your appointment, only wanted a little later in the day so my partner could view also. (Still at 5 days notice) so not last minute. They will be extremely rude and tell you that you should just keep that booking and there would be no point in making another booking the following week when it suited the both as us as it will probably be gone. Hope it doesn’t go now and they get stuck with the property for longer. I wouldn’t suggest using these to rent out your house with that type of attitude from staff to potential clients. Shame I won’t use these again now as the next question I had for them was to book a viewing on a second property they had in Horbury also.

I used Richard Kendall as the agents to sell my property and throughout the process any contact with staff was made easy as they were all very helpful & polite. I mainly dealt with Elizabeth Cooke throughout the course of the sale who was excellent.
